I have been having service with this company for many years. They were good but lately their quality and their customer focus is the worst. They send different team each time and recently they damaged a valuable possession of mine which was a highly cherished heirloom. I am discontinuing their service and ok advise any one else looking for house cleaning service not to go with them. For the damage they did they even argued and was not apologetic either. Please don't go with them.

They have been pretty good. I did not shop around for price, but I believe it is pretty fair. I would say he is pretty responsive. We have had them out for three weekly cleanings. We will stick with them for a little while and see how it goes. Basically the first cleaning they did was supposed to be a deep clean and was supposed to get the house in order for subsequent weekly cleanings. They just missed a whole bunch of things. We had a laundry list of 15 to 20 items long that were not cleaned to our satisfaction on the deep cleaning.

I have a two bedroom house. He charged me for a bigger house. The service broke my kitchen window coverings. My furniture in my living room have arm covers and one of them is missing. I was not happy with the persons attitude. He said my house was horrible to clean. When I asked him why he charged me so much he said my house was hard to clean. I am the only one who lives hear, I do not have any kids, animals or smoke.

Two staff members showed up on time. They worked very quickly and with great organization. The house was perfect after all their hard work. We have not seen such outstanding results for past household cleaners. Had to hire them for bi-weekly cleaning because we are now spoiled. So glad we found them. Yay!
