+ 0 morePeter is very thorough with every aspect of his work. He worked with me and my husband to design a deck that would suit our needs, complement our house, and stay within our budget. We were very pleased with the results of the project and love our new deck. Being a structural engineer, we were extremely confident with his expertise. A safe and attractive deck was paramount for us. He did run into an issue outside his expertise and he guided us in finding another professional to correct it. We can't speak highly enough on our experience with Peter, and would hire him again.
Description of Work: Custom designed and built a deck for our home.

+ -1 moreHe measured my entire house and came up with a few different plans for me. he was on time, and worked above and beyond my expectations. i was pleased with his services and if i go through with the project i will probably hire him to do the actual work as well.
Description of Work: I was trying to decide on if i wanted to take out my middle floor ceiling in order to have a valted ceiling from the storage room above. i was not sure about the structual possibilities and if it was even feasible.

+ 1 moreCalled Peter after being notified that we needed an engineers sign off on our deck plans that we as home owners provided. Peter came over the next business day and did a very through inspection, including pictures and measurements. He then produced a plan within the next few days that was approved by my city. We then had some additional questions from the city inspector, that Peter than came out on a Saturday to make adjustments in order for us to achieve final sign off. Peter is one of the most professional and competent individuals you will work with! Highly recommended! Larry Chlebeck
