They were very reliable, professional and did a good job.

In addition to typical housecleaning, they have dusted baseboards, ceiling corners, chair legs, lamp stands, etc., and cleaned the area below the lint screen in the dryer, where a lot of lint gets through the screen. I have asked them to clean the blinds in the past. Emmanuel is working h****** getting out a bad coffee stain which hasn't been coming out with the usual methods, so next time he'll attack it with his ultimate solution. Katherin saw the crock I had soaking on the kitchen counter and asked whether I'd like her to do that as well, which I hadn't anticipated and was very nice. Usually Emmanuel and Frank are the team who come to do the cleaning; this time it was Emmanuel and Katherin. All three do a great job. I have a 2-bedroom, 1-3/4 bath condo, though I don't let them into the 2nd bedroom (it's full of stuff), but they get the whole job done in less than an hour. They charge $60 an hour; if it's less or more than an hour, they pro rate accordingly. This last time was only about $53! I'm very happy with their service and plan to keep calling them back.
