It is so unfortunate that we hired Ken to do our project. It has been nothing but a major headache. Ken is not good at communication and never completed the job. The part of the job that had been completed was done poorly and with cheap product. With this we will need to hire another company to come in and complete the project and fix the disaster and unsafe situation he created. Safety concerns and poor workmanship that were reported to Ken the business owner have continued to be ignored and not addressed. The BBB is involved and he is not responding to them as well. Next steps will be to take him to court for resolution. I strongly advise all to not consider him for your project! Nothing but a nightmare!!!

We called Ken to have a retaining wall/flower bed created around our patio. He ended up stretching out a 2-3 day job into a 3 week headache. He has very poor communication. He told us he would come on a Monday and then decided not to show up until Wednesday but never called us to let us know about his change in schedule. His punctuality was horrible even from the beginning. He told us he would meet us for an estimate at 7 pm but ended up showing up at 9 pm and his punctuality didn't improve from there. He has poor oganization. He seemed to be over booked, over extended, and under staffed. We question his knowledge and experience since his work was that of a weekend warrior. We are having to make adjustments to his work and even re-do some of the things he has done like applying glue to the caps and leveling the sod.
