+ -1 moreHe did a great job, and the carpet looked brand new after he left. He was on his knees scrubbing with a tooth brush even! He got all the stains out. He uses old school spray, and was able to pull everything up.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet. I have two kids and a dog, so there was a lot of stains.

+ -1 moreThe total cost for the service ended up being $350 even thought the deal was for $199. One of the rooms that they had cleaned the carpet was ruined. The owner came out and realized that they had made a mistake and was requesting that I not leave a review on the experience. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Description of Work: There were additional problems created on the carpet with the cleaning. The |cleaner did return to try and address the issues, but he wasn't able to completely |remove the stains that appeared after the carpet was cleaned. He was a devoted |promoter of green products, but I would have liked better results with less |self-promotion.

There were some stains and he said there would be an extra charge for that and he told me right upfront what that would be. He did a good job of getting the stains out on the floors. He was friendly and I would definitely do service with him again.

+ -1 moreIt went great. Steve did a great job. Everything looks and smells fresh and clean. Our family room and stairs were in terrible shape and now the carpet looks new. The couch smelled like dog and he was able to get the smell out. He uses environmentally safe and clean products. He was professional and did a great job. We will use him again and recommend.

+ 1 moreSteve Pahl at Cleanerup, is a professional who followed up on my inquiry and setup an appointment within a day. He only to an hour and a half to completely shampoo and spot clean my carpets. They look great compared to what they were. He presented an invoice with his business card, and was on his way.
Description of Work: It is the small business master technicians who do a great job. Steve Pahl at Cleanerup came in and evaluated what kind of carpet I have so the his process was the right one. He tested it and very carefully inspected the rooms I needed cleaned. I had some extremely dark areas, where remodel/construction people had left a trail. He thought I should replace the carpet, but since that wasn't an option for me, he gave it a great cleaning. He also removed some "cat urine" spots that I had been trying to get out.
