Assured Asphalt

This company is a swindler. The guy that talks to you is super nice, but the product you receive is garbage. I was part of the Kilmer Park road reconstruction project where they were hired to replace the aprons of driveway that were affected by the construction. Unfortunately I took advantage of the "deal" they offered to replace the rest of the driveway for cheaper since they were there, and I really wish I hadn't. From the first couple days after the job, I already noticed water pooling in the driveway, then after the recommended days of not parking on it, our vehicles still left tire imprints where we parked them. A small amount of gas spilled in one spot, and it ate all the way through to the dirt. I thought I was crazy about how fast the driveway was disintegrating, but I hired a professional seal coat company to try and mitigate the destruction, and they agreed it was a terrible job. I tried contacting the company afterwards with my concerns and was never responded to. All in all, never hire this awful company.

Took a while to schedule. Once scheduled, they arrived promptly, and completed the sealing on time. They cleaned out the cracks, edged the driveway, swept the driveway, and then applied sealer as per quote. No problems, quality job. Last sealed 3+ years ago by Assured. Seal coat lasts 3-4 years on my driveways. Seal coat make snow.ice removal easier. Note: use snowblower on dirveway; also occasional plowing service. Both scrape surface. Truck mounted snow plows **** ** sealcoating.

Excellent job. Very knowledgeable. Called 3 places for bids. His was the first to come see it, the lowest bid and quoted the exact same specs. Driveway looks great. I also asked if he'd look at another driveway I own. He was so honest and told me it still had a few years before it needed any work performed. Very efficient. Once I called to schedule service, work was done within a week.

They came in with the best value and warranty. The person (Jay) that provided the quote was really knowledgeable. Quote was prompt and detailed. Took a while to schedule, since they were backed up due to spells of rainy weather. Once scheduled, they arrived promptly, and completed the sealing on time. Have used Assured in the past to replace driveway sections, replace friend's driveways. Quality work at a good price. Jay installed 3.5 inches of asphalt, when others quoted only 3 inches. Sometimes slow to get scheduled (busy) but worth the wait. No problems any asphalt installed in 5+ years.

On time and good quality. i would suggest that the crew remove all pop cans before leaving.

We recently purchased a home and the driveway was 22 years old and in greatly need of repair. There multiple cracks and sagging and holes near the driveway foundation. We got 5 quotes and Assured Asphalt was the cheapest by far. Their work came highly recommended by a co-worker who had used their services. The quote was half of the price of some of the other quotes we received for similar quality of work. Assured Asphalt was able to provide a quote very quickly and performed the services very quickly after we agreed to go with them. Job was done easily in one day and we've had no problems since.

The person that came out and provided the quote was really knowledgeable, knew his trade, pointed out things that the other estimators did not point out the grade on the back of the driveways, and the things that needed to be done at the interface between the driveway and the garage. He actually did go through all of that. He did have a good knowledge about the industry. Their value was the best out of the other estimators I looked at. They came right out to give me the quote. Once I got the quote, they issued the date to do the job. They came out that day and did the job. Everything went as the way they said. I will definitely use them again.
