+ -1 moreTom was punctual, friendly, professional and efficient. He knew what he was doing, did it quickly and cleanly. He was very helpful, as was his dispatcher Terry. I had several phone calls with her prior to hiring them. She was always full of important information.
Description of Work: Tom treated for two hornet's nests, checked for mice and set traps for mice. He thoroughly checked the exterior of our home and the basement. He gave us advice about both problems.
