Dunrite Concrete Inc

We were very happy with our experience with Dunrite. We had our old patio removed and had a new one poured as well as a concrete apron poured in our driveway. They did an amazing job and came up with an awesome patio that we love. We were planning on doing just a rectangular patio but Nick suggested doing a curved patio and it turned out amazing! He and his team were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We would definitely hire them again! Thanks Nick!

The original work was done in October 2006. I was very satisfied with Dunrite's work at that time. Over the next couple years, the driveway starting showing signficant pitting and it really got bad last summer (2009). Over this time, I had been in contact with Dunrite and expressed my concerns. They were responsive and came out and looked at the driveway a couple times and even sealed the driveway last summer at no charge. However, the deterioration was to a point where I wanted the driveway replaced. This spring, Dunrite took a core sample of the driveway and had the concrete company test it. The test determined that the concrete had too much air content and thus the failing driveway was the concrete company's fault, not Dunrite's. Dunrite was able to get the concrete company to agree to pay for a new driveway. So last week, Dunrite came out again and ripped out the old driveway and repoured a new driveway at no cost to me. The driveway turned out great. They were very professional and hustled to get it done in time for our graduation open house! I would highly recommend Dunrite to anybody. Nick Rice, the owner, spent a lot of his own time on this project over the past three years addressing my concerns. In the end, he was able to facilitate a great resolution to the problem. Nick definately stands behind his work.

The projects all went very well. We are extremely pleased with the work. This crumbled balcony repair was the second balcony with that problem. Nick did not do the first repair. His job was far superior to the repair done prior. He may not be the cheapest, but the work is excellent.
