This home inspection with Dustin was amazing. I will most certainly be using him and recommending him going forward. We've had home inspections done in the past for previous homes and had very bad experiences, so I was thrilled when we were referred Dustin by our realtor and he met all my expectations and then some. Dustin was up front about pricing and what was included, had extremely fair pricing, and was on time and timely with the inspection. After his inspection he thoroughly walked us thru what he found as well as providing a timely summary report and full report after his inspection. The reports were both thorough and concise, I felt like I had all the information I needed to make decisions about what needed to be taken care of immediately and in the future. I appreciated the time he took to walk us thru the house and the issues he saw, while also answering my questions even if they were sometimes not completely related to his inspection. He also was interested in what construction we planned to do to the home after we purchased it and gave us his valued opinion on how much things would cost and watch outs for the changes we'd like to make. If you're wondering if Dustin is right for the job, let me tell you he is. He not only knows what he's doing with inspections, but he has the chops and know hows to give you insight into your additional questions.

I am in the process of buying a beautiful Minneapolis home built in 1900 that comes with all the beauty and character but also all of the issues you get when you try to buy a 121 year old home. So finding an excellent inspector and making sure I got every inspection under the sun was a must for me. I had a great experience working with Dustin, he was super thorough, knowledgeable, and professional but also personable and easy to talk to, very quick and willing to answer all of my questions. Even with a snag with scheduling my walkthrough (snag happened on the seller’s side—multifamily home with multiple tenants) he was still able to work with the seller’s and buyer’s agent and make sure he could walk me through the entire property. Client intake process is easy and can be completed online but Dustin was also an easy phone call away if that’s more your style. Great experience, thanks Dustin!

For first-time home buyers with no real idea what we were doing, hiring Dustin was one of the best decisions we've made. He was professional and prompt, and did not assume any existing level of knowledge while walking us through the home. We was thorough and matter of fact in his work and provided helpful prioritization and estimates of work that needed to be done.

Dustin inspected our home before we recently listed it for sale. The inspection took close to 4 hours and during the entire process, he was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the issues identified along with providing solutions to correct them. We received a summary report that highlighted the areas that needed to be repaired and a full inspection report that included photos, model numbers, and recommendations. The report was so comprehensive that the buyers of our home opted to not get their own inspection and used ours. We highly recommend him.
