Description of Work: Fixed the garage door that came off the track and was hanging unevenly and not usable. They fixed it right up, and the service tech was very pleasant. A few weeks later we had issues with a broken wire in the opener itself and the door wouldn't close. Probably a coincidence. We used a coupon for another service provider to do a garage door tune up and they fixed the wire and put a bracket on. The second provider said the previous provider (Lake Country Door) should have put the bracket on when they were here.

He was very prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more impressed with the prompt, courteous and competitively priced service from John. I would definitely use him if the need arises.
