Aerotek Red Tags ALL furnaces. Even these 5.0 Star rating say that. I put a drop of oil on a squeaky fan and it's been working great for a year. Aerotek said the whole furnace had to be replaced. If you say no, they'll triple the price of the service call. Once they come to your house your screwed

AeroTek was very helpful and went above and beyond in ensuring we had Air Conditioning during the hottest stretch of the summer.

On 10/13/15 my HSA home warranty sent me to this company. Aerotek determined the furnace needed to be replaced and red tagged it (I had no heat). The tech told me they prioritize someone without heat to be installed first so I planned to upgrade the furnace through Aerotek. During the claim process I asked several times to be put on their schedule for an install (since it was getting very cold) but they insisted they couldn't schedule me until they had the part (but said it only took a couple days to get the part). It took a couple days for HSA to agree on a price (there was a delay due to Aerotek failing to provide all the info on the initial claim). Once HSA approved replacement (10/20/15), Aerotek said they still had to wait for the part to put me on the schedule. But then they decided to look at the schedule and noticed it would be 2 weeks before I could be installed (November 2nd). So, she decided to put me on the schedule even though they didn't yet have the part. I asked several times to be moved to an earlier install since I had no heat and the original call for a problem with the furnace was made 10/13/15 with an install date of 11/2/15 (almost 3 weeks after the initial call). They said they couldn't do anything about the schedule unless I had special circumstances like a new baby or something similar. I decided to go with another company who gave me a bid on Friday 10/23/15 and installed a new upgraded furnace the following Tuesday 10/27.

Furnace broke down just as it was getting cold. The owner came out and inspected the unit. The fan was shot. (20 year old furnace). He explained in detail our options. We decided to replace it instead of repairing since it was so old. It was the beginning of the busy season and they were extremely busy but came out the next day and got the furnace put in so we had heat. They came back in a week (when we were available) and finished the job. They were efficient and very professional. They cleand up after the job was done and explained ev everyhing they did and how to operate the system. I am very pleased with the service provider.I would recommend them to everyone.

Provider never returned call. Didn't even call to tell me they were too busy to handle my needs. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise emergency service if they are not going to back it up with actual service. My wife is disabled and moving her to another location would be difficult. Because of this, we could not allow the house to become too cold.

We needed our zone heating to be updated since it was not working. The came out on time, installed everything, and updated our thermostats. They were very fair with their prices.

All was excellent. Justin arrived early in the time window for when he would appear (I'm always happy with that!). Very fun to talk to. Explained everything he was going to do. He set about to inspect the AC unit, also cleaned out the dryer. Did careful work and took time to explain to me what he found with both items. Everything was good and I am very pleased with Justin's work. Definitely will keep Aerotek's number on my mobile phone.

They were sent at the request of my insurance company. I purchased a house and the furnace was red tagged the day after I took posession. Going thru the whole ordeal with a MN winter looming was severely stressful. I chose to have Aerotec do the whole heating and cooling system on my own after the insurance declined my claim. They were all extremely professional and I felt they were honest about the situation from the beginning. I really appreciated the attention and quick scheduling, from the office through the install. I know they were very busy and yet they rushed to get my install done. My furnace works great and I have recommended Aerotec to anyone who asks. They are my heating and Ac guys from now on.

Service tech showed up on time and was thorough about the cleaning. He double checked the cleanliness of our dryer vent since we have a longer than normal vent to the exterior. The only thing I would say is that I wasn't expecting it to be so messy. It wasn't the tech's fault - I just didn't know what to expect. We'll definitely have them back out next year.

My experience was excellent. I really, really liked the tech guy and he was really terrific.

My warranty company sent them out to take a look at my AC unit, as I had some frozen pipes. Two technicians showed up. They were kind, respectful of my home and animals, and immediately were able to assess what the problem was. Once they took the outside unit apart, they found the cause, and fixed it. The entire unit on the inside of the house was frozen. once it dries out, and I turn it on, if it doesn't work, I will be calling them back for sure to replace the unit. this was night and day difference between the last vendor I had out. These guys were top notch, answered all my questions, and left me a detailed receipt outlining everything they did. I was VERY impressed by them!

The Aerotek guy was very professional and quick. He cleaned all our vents in under 2 hours.

This was the company recommended by my home warranty company to replace our furnace. I was so happy with their service. Krista in the office is extremely helpful and friendly and everyone that came to our house (from the initial assessment and purchase to the two-man team who came to install the furnace) was very professional. They were clean, courteous, friendly, helpful with any questions, and careful about my carpet and house. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were here from 9:15 until about 17:15 and they worked constantly - very hard workers and very nice. And everything works like it should! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody!

First thing I would say about Aerotek Heating AC and Duct Cleaning Services is to get a right estimate because they installed the wrong blower and the furnace. I think it was an accident and when I called them they said nothing could be done about the furnace. I am happy with the cooler work and they did the job in one day. The way my twin home is built both the water heater and the furnace use the same vent. When they cleaned it and turned off the gas they had to relight the fire and they forgot to do that. I had to call them back and they were back in half an hour and fixed the problem. Other than that there was no problem. I would use them again in the future.

We had an annual inspection of our two furnaces and two A/C units, from an Angie's List deal. The older furnace was red-tagged during the inspection because of a CO leak (apparently not yet severe enough to set off the detector on the other side of a closed door), so we couldn't use it. The weather was very cold that week, and Aerotek got the furnace replaced two days later. They were on time, polite, and efficient. The furnace room was cleaner when they left than when they got there. They credited the cost of the inspection against the cost of the furnace, and a month later, when the woman in the office realized we hadn't filed for our state energy rebate, she called to follow up on that.
