 + -1 moreORIGINAL CONTACT WAS WITH DENNY HOOPER, WHO MEASURED AND BID THE JOB. FINISHED WORKING WITH BRAD AFTER DENNY LEFT THE COMPANY. THEIR JOB WAS COORDINATED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, QUARVE CONTRACTING, WHO WAS DOING SEAMLESS STEEL SIDING CONSTRUCTION FOR US. THE TWO COMPANIES ARRANGED THEIR SCHEDULES APPROPRIATELY TO GET THE WORK DONE. BRAD AND HIS CREW DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE WORK AND, AT HIS SUGGESTION, WE ADDED THE REFACING OF THE CHIMNEY TO MATCH THE NEW STONE AND WERE VERY GLAD THAT WE DID. THE CONSTRUCTION SITE WAS CLEANED UP REASONABLY WELL. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW THEIR TRADE AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH DESIGNING THE WALL AS THEY GO. THIS IS CONSIDERABLY MORE DIFFICULT WITH NATURAL STONE COMPARED TO MANUFACTURED STONE OR BRICK. THE CONTRACT WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD. BRAD IS VERY HONEST, AND HE AND HIS CREW WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH.
Description of Work: DEMO'D EXISTING BRICK DECORATIVE SILL WALL ON FRONT OF GARAGE AND HOUSE. BUILT NEW SILL WALL OUT OF STONE BLENDING TWO COLORS OF CHILTON STONE AND FINISHING WITH LIMESTONE SILLS. REFACED CHIMNEY WITH STONE TO MATCH STONE ON HOUSE. BUILT PLANTER ON FRONT PORCH OUT OF THE CHILTON STONE WITH LIMESTONE SILLS. DEMO'D, POURED AND FINISHED APRON FOR GARAGE.
