EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A NEW CUSTOMER & THEY LOST BUSINESS. BBB- CASE FILED (Complaint ID – 12858362) AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MN FILED *** we are a MINORITY FAMILY in east bethel and feel this is NOT a good business to go with. *** FIRST, We come from small business and respect and give to LOCAL business. I understand their work maybe good, but their customer service is the worst. Especially (and suprisingly) to new customers and keeping appointments. What was a frustrating phone call after a few days & poorly managed communication turned into a threatening event to me from the owner who harassed me and called the Sherrifs! (talk about making a mountain out of a molehill from an over-reactive employee). I had mentioned to the lady who did not keep the verbal appointment on saturday (and caused the frustration of waiting a whole day) with zero communication on their 'appointment' system. Furthermore the Sheriff's department did not follow procedure, so this maybe a buddy calling a buddy to harass someone. regardless, it was a horrendous experience with an over-reactive employee miscommunicating to her employer who inturn with ZERO investigation on 'I want to come and talk to your employer' turned what could have been good business and advertising to a LOCAL resident into something unwarranted and ugly.

Got it done quickly and the owner is very nice!

They did a fine job.

put the posts in a week before and the fencing a week later. I wasn't home for either activity, but it was nice to come home and see it all done.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work that was done.

They came out to estimate the job and gave us 3 different quotes (one with just ornamental, one with just chain link and the third with both). There was no high pressure sales. They wanted to make sure it was what we wanted and within our budget. The installers were professional and made sure they put the gates and posts exactly where we wanted. After they installed the fence, the installers wanted to make sure we were completely happy with how it turned out and we also received a call from the office to make sure we were happy after the job was done. The gate was missing a part when they installed the fence and within the week they were back out with the part.

Great! I purposefully scheduled it for when I would be out of town so I wouldn't have to deal with temporarily no fence and a dog and it went very smoothly. I decided to add a gate at the last minute and they did that no problem. The workers did show up 1/2 hour late the first day, but I think they encountered bad traffic which isn't shocking considering how much construction is going on right now. Other than that one minor complaint, everything went very smoothly!

Very prompt response to my initial inquiry. The crew did a very good job, and the finished product was actually a bit better than I was expecting. This is professional, well managed company, and I'll use them again if/when the need arises.

They were not very responsive. We had to call them a couple of times to get an estimate. We didn’t use this company for the job and we will not use them again in the future.

We are very pleased with our whole experience with Arrow Fence. The salesperson, John, was informed, creative and flexible (we were able to change our plans between the first bid and fence installation). And he worked with us by email, so we could print, sign and scan our bid and return it that way. The two guys who worked on our fence (Greg and Tom) were very nice and professional. They worked all day until the fence was finished (without a break). They were friendly and did excellent work. They also took care to make our fence without any gaps near the ground because we have a small dog. This detail was their idea. It showed me that they care about doing a good job. Also, Greg was patient with me in allowing me to take my time with decisions without my wife there that day.

The project never began.

The pricing wasn't bad, but their workmanship was not good. I still have mounds of dirt on my lawn that they left from the holes they made. I will probably have to reseed my lawn. I found where they had thrown refuse from the concrete on my lilac bushes on the side of the house. They parked on my neighbors new blacktop and got concrete mix all over his black top. I wasn't particularly happy with the quality of their cleanliness. The price was good, but we paid a price if you know what I mean.

They came out the same day I called for the bid and emailed a written quote later that afternoon. We decided to go with the same vender who had installed the fence for a previous owner because the price was slightly lower, but Arrow was a close 2nd.

Great experience. Crew arrived on Tuesday the 12th to set the posts for the fence. Posts are set in concrete. Posts were set plumb and true then allowed the concrete to dry for one day. Jeremy came on Thursday and had the fence built and finished within 5 hours. Top is perfectly straight. Fence follows the contour of the land perfectly. Boards are clear cedar. Efficient, very professional workers.

I was interested in 2 short fences to provide security for my above ground pool. I called and received an estimate on 9/11/08. I signed the contraction 9/30. On 10/02, Travis came and surveyed the project. On 10/03, the crew installed posts and in the process damaged 2 underground sprinkler lines. On 10/06 fence was completed. Discount was provided for line repair.

They did a wonderful job and were very responsive. We had several bids and they had the best price without sacrificing quality. We have had our fair share of bad experiences and were relieved when this job went to well. They installed it on the day they said they would and came back in a week - actually a day earlier than expected to finish it. Initially the installers didn't have the back laid out quite right so we explained where the fence needed to be installed. They were very good about it even though it meant extra work and time for them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have a very large yard and knew we were going to make an investment in a quality fence that we would be looking at for a very long time. We met with several fencing companies, and received several bids. We were asking for a fence that was not typical...an aluminum fence with cedar posts. Arrow not only had one of the lowest bids, but they also had the best time line and quality products and were willing to make the fence just like we envisioned. We wanted the fence as quickly as possible and they were able to start weeks before the other companies. They were professional and timely and the fence is exactly what we wanted. The following summer, a storm took down a large branch from our neighbor's tree and destroyed a couple sections of our fence. Arrow was out very quickly to replace the missing sections. We were happy to learn that their service was the same whether we were purchasing a $15,000 fence or just a $1000 replacement section.

Ken came out a gave us an estimate that was much better than other companies we had talked to. He was very patient with our questions and very thorough with his explanations. After satisfying all our concerns, we then decided to hire Arrow Fence and throughout the entire process, they answered all our concerns and consequently we have a fence that we are very happy with.
