It went well. It was a nice service. The guy's name was David Pixley. It was good service. They were clean, courteous and friendly. He had lots of know how. The workers were polite and kind. They were mindful to take their shoes off.

They showed up promptly on 4/26/11, but it was raining too hard to do any work. It was agreed if it didn't rain the next day they would start the work - taking down the chimney and then rebrick it. We discussed brick and they recomended a brick they thought would work well with my home. The next day was dry and they showed up at 7AM and started removing my chimney. By 9AM the chimney was down and everything was cleaned up. After that they began laying the bricks and poured the top cap of the chimney. By 3PM they had everything complete and clean. They said if everything goes as planned, and the cap can set for a good 24 hours without too much rain, they will be able to finish up the next day. It did work out and they were able to remove the forms from the cap and everything looked great. I really liked the brick they recommended. It added alot to my home.

I didn't use them.

They were reasonable and I never had any complaints. I had also asked them, for a quote to rebuild my chimney and their estimate was too, expensive. It seemed, as if they didn?t want to do the work. I liked their services rendered the last time and will use the same in future.

They were extremely informative and knowledgable at the time the inspection and estimte was prepared. Performed the work precisely as described (in horrible weather) over a period of 2+ days and left the worksite clean every day. Knowing we had other contractors moving onto the worksite the day they planned to complete, they arrived early to make sure they were done and out of the area on time. We have every confidence in the materials provided and their services and will continue to call upon them for regular maintenance.

TOLD ME PRICE WOULD BE BETTER IN THE SPRING AS THIS IS THE BUSY TIME OF YEAR. SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WAITING TILL THE SPRING.

THIS IS THE SECOND JOB THAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE FOR US. DAVID PIXLEY HAS GREAT SKILL, INTEGRITY AND DOES IMPECCABLE WORK. WE RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY FOR CHIMNEY RESTORATION, CLEANING, REPAIR AND ANY CHIMNEY WORK. HE TOOK TIME TO MATCH THE BRICK, KEPT THE WORK SITE CLEAN, WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND IS MASTERFUL IN THIS FIELD. HE IS COURTEOUS AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, WITH HIGH STANDARDS.

HE USED VERY MODERN EQUIPMENT AND DID A THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING. HE ALSO REPAIRED OUR CHIMNEY WHICH HAD SOME LOOSE ROWS OF BRICKS. HE IS THE SON OF JACK PIXLEY AND HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH CLEANING AND REPAIRING CHIMNEYS. HE ARRIVED AT OUR HOUSE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THE COST WAS REASONABLE. HE COMMUNICATED WELL WITH US AND OFFERED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED HE MADE SURE THAT THE WORK SITE WAS CLEAN AND THAT THE CHIMNEY WAS IN GOOD CONDITION BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF CHIMNEY CLEANING OR REPAIR.
