MASTER SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

We have used Master Sprinkler Systems for about the last 7-9 years in both fall and spring. We are a recurring customer, have always received a postcard reminding us to schedule our service. When we called to schedule, we were always first on their list (being busy professionals, it was very important not to have the 4 hour timeframe). In 2013, no post card. We called to schedule our service and we were told and quot;we already did your area, sorry, but we are trying to fill in our scheduleand quot;. They tried to schedule us 16 days in the future, in a 12-4pm block (impossible for us). Most of the people in our neighborhood left Master Sprinkler for another provider at 1/2 the cost. Therefore, they are more expensive than others out there. But they always treated us well until now. This review is the culmination of 3 days of telephone tag trying to just talk to someone, telling them to call my work, and them continually leaving messages on my home phone. I'm done.

The initial bid was competitive and we chose them on the bid and the professionalism we saw at the initial bid. The installation was clean. The installation and the system is good, never have had a problem.

While I was doing some landscaping in the front of my house I decided it would be a good time to add an irrigation system to my property. I was referred to Master Sprinkler systems by my landscaper. Jason met me at the house and walked the property with me explaining his suggestions for zoning the property to water the grass as well as most of my perennial gardens. Hi prepared a proposal that same day which was detailed and he provided me with great materials on the on equipment is was going to use. I decided to have the system installed. Due to some delays I backed up the date of installation several time. Jason was very flexible and worked closely with my landscaper to get the work done. I am pleased with the installation and the instruction he gave me on the controller. Since my yard is going to be newly seeded it was important that he worked this situation into the programming as well. I have to commend him for getting the work done under harder than normal circumstances. My front yard had some challenges due to large roots from a silver maple tree and very hard ground from the dry summer we have had. I am happy I won't have to drag the hoses around any more!

Excellent experience. Professionaland enthusiastic staff. Prompt service. Arrived on time. Cleaned up after installation. System works well and the lawn looks fantastic! Reasonable price.
