He was amazing. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival, took off shoes, repaired my issue and wanted make sure that I did not have any additional questions about the furnace. He went on to explain what to do to insure it continues to run properly. He ended up making made a slight mess changing the humidifier filters. I said I would clean it up but he insisted he do it. NICE! Best experience with a contractor in a long time. Would totally hire him again and will recommend to my friends and family! Oh, and he was very reasonably priced.
