E T L REPAIR

I unsuccessfully gave my lawn mower a tune up at home (oil change, new air filter, and attempted to clean the carburetor), but I still could not get the mower to continue running. I found ETL on Angie's List, called the company, and left a voicemail. Within 30 minutes, Jeff returned my call and told me about the services offered. I took my mower in the next morning and picked it up the same day. Jeff, the shop manager, explained the parts that needed replaced due to wear and tear. He also pointed out a part that could use replacing. He "bandaged" the repair to get me through the mowing season and told me ballpark what the part would cost to replace, and he offered to replace it on the spot. I declined this repair since Jeff's "fix" would get me easily through the mowing season. A very good experience from start to finish.

I needed my mower repaired, it just didnt start. We also needed someone to come pick it up becuase we didn't have a way to get it to a shop. ETL Repair was was willing to come pick it up whenever we needed to. The representative was very punctual and got the work done quickly. He returned it very fast and explained to me everything he needed to do. Everything he repaied has been working perfectly. ETL Repair was great.
