+ -1 moreWe are not happy with the bill or the quality of work. Make sure to get and upfront cost and ask about hidden fees, such as driving time.
Description of Work: Gave verbal bid of 225 plus materials to replace a pressure tank and install a whole house filter system. We were charged for travel time to and from our house at a rate of $75.00 per hour! The Technician did not know how to wire the switch and fried it because the breaker blew the first time he wired it. He took an hour to figure that out, then proceeded to reinstall the old one. He didn't offer to replace it at his cost or with one that I am sure he had in his van. I helped the technician or I am sure it would have taken longer. We provided all the equipment and supplies, including the tank and filter system, pressure gauge, and switch, that he fried! On 12/28/12 the technician had to return to fix a leak. I contacted the Owner, Brent, about the bill and he offered to credit me 1 hour on future work.
