Due to townhome layout with no basement, I normally would have had to have hired a plumber to run a pipe from my internal water supply in the utility room through the ceiling to the outside. Steve and crew saved me money by hooking the system up to my outside faucet which still allows me to use the outside faucet, if needed. My townhome neighbor and I each saved over $100 the quoted price by having our systems installed on the same day. Steve and the crew arrived on time, took great care to explain what their installation plan was, and answered any questions before they stared. After approving their plan and providing property line information, the crew worked from 9:30 until 3:30 on what turned out to be a very hot, humid day. After they were finished, the crew cleaned up all debris, over-seeded the lawn and programmed the Control Clock and provided guidelines for watering the lawn to ensure that the disturbed portion of the lawn would revert back to a flat surface. They showed us how each of the Control Clock's many options worked and answered any questions. Alex Irrigation also reminded us to get City approval for watering daily for two weeks. When contacted that afternoon, Mark Graham, Vadnais Heights Engineer/Director of Public Services, approved the request quickly by email and even provided a reference document providing watering tips for newly seeded lawns.
