The installation was just fine. They were prompt and Brandon was very courteous. What we didn't know is that we apparently paid a "special price" (which we didn't request and weren't aware of) which brought our warranty from a 3 year warranty down to 1 year. Now 14 months after install...we are 2 months out of a warranty and I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service. As the president of a 162 homeowner association unit, they will not be recommended for work at our property.

Mrs. Thull, Although we strive to provide the best customer service available we sometimes may have different opinions. We did offer to come out and review the situation when talking to your husband but after we told him there may be a charge depending on what was wrong because you had a 1 year warranty he did not want us to come out even though I had a Technician on his way there. It is normal practice in the industry to provide discounted pricing to a job at a complex with an Association because of the volume of future sales. It was also discussed during the initial sale as well as typed on the original invoice. The manufacture provides a "Life of Home Limited Warranty" and we provide a 1 year Labor Warranty in these situations. When your husband made the initial call for service and inquired about any warranty, he failed to mention that this was with an "Association" and was told there is a 3 year warranty on normal "Retail" sales. I apologize for any confusion and the offer still stands to have a Technician evaluate the issue at no charge with the understanding that there may be a charge for a repair if not under any warranty.
