This was the second time we had used Darwin. Both experiences were positive. They are punctual, easy to deal with and meet or exceed all expectations. We plan to use them annually going forward.

EXCELLENT. Mark Darwin was the service provider and he is absolutely top notch. You can just tell that he is passionate about his work and is very committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. He came back twice, at no extra charge, when I had concerns. He was able to educate us on how the ants were getting into our home and reassured us that they were not nesting in the home (the fact that he was able to determine that brought so much peace of mind). He answered calls on the weekend and was just overall a wonderful person to deal with. Quality work - we have not had a single problem since he was here. I would absolutely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

From initial phone call to completed work, the owner and employee were helpful and personable. The employee answered any questions I had. The response was quick and the job completed well.

Although my first phone message did not get returned, I did try him again and talked directly to him. He quoted prices for the work on the phone. He scheduled the next day with a specific time appointment. When he realized that he was going to be a little late, he called immediately to let us know. He showed up and was very efficient in getting the work done. The price was as had be quoted.

We have had them out twice, once for the first application and then for a no-charge re-spray, and both representatives have been very friendly and informative. They have been responsive and prompt - they came out the next day after we called for the re-spray.

They were on time, very pleasant and helpful, easy to get ahold of and deal with, and had a good price. I recommend them highly.

DENNIS WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT, I HAVE CALLED HIM OUT 3 TIMES SINCE TO RE-SPRAY FOR SPIDERS.

I SELECTED THEM (TWO BROTHERS) BECAUSE THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE TOXICITIES OF DIFFERENT PESTICIDES FOR HUMANS AND CATS, AND USED THE LEAST TOXIC OF THE EFFECTIVE REMEDIES (I'M SENSITIVE TO CHEMICALS, AS ARE CATS). THEY MADE TIME FOR ME EARLIER THAN EXPECTED, SQUEEZING ME IN THE NEXT MORNING, WHICH I WAS GRATEFUL FOR. THE FIRST TREATMENT ONLY LASTED A DAY (THEY KEEP HATCHING); AFTER A FEW MORE DAYS, AND WITH BOTH THE CATS AND I STILL GOING CRAZY (AND VACUUMING DAILY AGAIN), I CALLED BACK. THEIR POLICY IS TO WAIT 2 WEEKS, AND THEN THEY WILL REPEAT THE TREATMENT FOR FREE, BUT THE OWNER AGREED, A LITTLE RELUCTANTLY, TO RETREAT IT MORE HEAVILY RIGHT AWAY. IT WORKED! THE CHEMICALS WERE A LITTLE ROUGH, BUT COMPARED WITH OTHER'S EXPERIENCES (E.G., TREATING ONCE/MONTH FOR A YEAR, DISCARDING THE CARPET, LIVING IN A HOTEL FOR A WEEK), I CONSIDER THIS A SUCCESS STORY!

THEY WERE GREAT, THEY CALLED TO TELL ME WHEN THEY WOULD BE ARRIVING. THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME.

DARWINS WAS THE CHEAPEST REMOVAL RATE (I CALLED MY QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL COMPANY AND TWO OTHERS) AND THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. THE MAN PERFORMING THE WORK TALKED THROUGH THE PROCESS. I'M NOT SURE HE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE REMOVAL, BUT MISSION WAS ACCOMPLISHED.

DENNIS DID AN AWESOME JOB OVERALL. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THOROUGH. HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY WE CALLED ABOUT CARPENTER ANTS (BACK IN MARCH) AND THEN CAME OUT AND SPRAYED THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE IN APRIL (WAS THERE NEXT DAY). HE EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM(S) WERE AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO FIX THEM. SERVICE INCLUDED A 6 MONTH GUARANTEE, SO COST WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES. TO US, DENNIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THE ADVANTAGE OF HIRING SMALL ''HOMETOWN'' BUSINESSES WHO HAVE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND SERVICES. WE ARE SO SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE THAT WE HAVE RECOMMENDED DENNIS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALREADY!
