CALLED AND TOOK IT IN. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. WHEN BACK AT HOME I COULD NOT GET THE MONITOR TO WORK. CALLED THE SHOP AND HE TALKED ME THROUGH IT. THEN HE CALLED BACK LATER TO SEE HOW IT WAS WORKING. HE DEFINITELY WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME.
Description of Work: REMOVE VIRUSES FROM COMPUTER AS IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

KEN WAS PROMPT, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY SKILLED TECHNICALLY. HE WELCOMED ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT ARISE DUE TO THIS ALTERATION OF MY COMPUTER. I WAS INITIALLY DISTRAUGHT AT THE IDEA THAT THREE YEARS OF ACCUMULATING 'VALUABLES' ON MY HARD DRIVE WOULD BE GONE FOREVER, KEN SAVED THE DAY! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING COMPUTER REPAIR.
Description of Work: INSTALLED CR-RW TO EXISTING CD-ROM DRIVE; INSTALLED 40 GB. TO HARD DRIVE; RECONFIGURED FROZEN EXISTING HARD DRIVE AS SECONDARY; RESTORED OPERATING SYSTEMS. MY 3- YEAR OLD COMPUTER WAS FROZEN DUE TO A MALFUNCTION OF WINDOWS. KEN ADDED ANOTHER HARD DRIVE (CONSISTING OF 40 GB TO MY EXISTING 10; HE ADDED A CD-REWRITER; AND SAVED EVERYTHING ON THE HARD DRIVE OF MY COMPUTER, NOW THE SECONDARY HARD DRIVE). THANKFULLY, EVERYTHING WAS SAVED AND NOW I HAVE A COMPUTER WITH MUCH MORE MEMORY AND A CD-BURNER!
