They were very good with us, they were respectful, and I got a very good ceiling. They never spent a whole day here. They arrived at 9 or 10 o'clock and were gone by 3 or 4 o'clock. We were always waiting for them to come and one day they didn't show up at all. They do answer their emails, they talked to us, and when their was an issue they came to address it and fix what we didn't like. HEIM DRYWALL ENTERPRISES had to come back and redo some of the work. I would probably not use them again. Anybody who does use them should be prepared for quite a good cleanup including washing the walls and doors because when they're done they're done. The stuff on the doors won't come off. They have some young Mexican men cleaning up but when they're done, they're done so they don't give them enough time to clean up. They leave a frightful mess. In the small room they did the ceiling beautifully but if you have a big open room they have a problem with it. I had to have them back to do the large vaulted ceiling in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. They used tape and staples to hold the plastic. I paid them in full the first time so they didn't charge for coming back. I wish they would have been a little more helpful and come back for inspection but I'm satisfied with the end result and the price was reasonable for the amount of work.

Nick and his crew were prompt, professional, courteous, and finished on-time and on budget. The work was extremely well-done and they did a great job covering everything with plastic and taping it up to keep the dust as contained as possible. For the walls, we asked them to repair several specific places and also said, and quot;anything else that needs repair because we're going to re-paintand quot;. They were very detailed in their repairs, fixing some places that we had not realized needed to be smoothed over, and the results are great. We give Heim Drywall the highest possible rating and many thanks to them for their quality work!
