QUALITY SERVICE! Was recommended and a bit apprehensive, due to cost, but SO WORTH EVERY PENNY! Not only was the work great but the painters attitudes were exceptional! I was comfortable with them in my home and felt they HEARD what I wanted done. Will recommend this company to friends and family.

Excellent. Mike and his crew were friendly and professional. A++ work. Would definitely hire again. Only complaint is that you were not upfront with me about the extra 3% charge for payment with a credit card. It might be in the fine print of the contract, but that's borderline-shady business practice if you aren't telling customers this information prior to the job.

Mike S. did come and give a quote but he wasn't sure if his crew could get it done this month which I requested.

Estimate was the most detailed and reasonable. Jay was very professional and answer questions and was willing to break down to a la carte pricing. Ended up going with the whole quote. Team that came were efficient and professional.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The company did an excellent job on recommendations of product and areas needing additional coats. The crew was very quick and did a great clean-up. They will be my go-to for any painting needs into the future.

From start to finish, the WOW team took care of my job. First by a prompt return phone call and an onsite estimate to working with me on the timelines for the crew to come in to complete the job (due to other work being done on my house) to finishing the project on time. I had an unexpected situation arise based on the existing paint they were covering and Jay took extra steps to make sure the final results would look good. Once they started to paint, the crew took extra care during the painting process and walked though the complete job once finished to ensure I was happy with the results. I paid for the services after the final walk through as they did not ask me to pay for the work before it was performed. I plan to have them come back to paint a few more areas within my house. Thanks to the WOW team!

Mike and his team were very friendly, efficient, and speedy! They did a great job preparing the walls and patching holes/damaged areas. They were very clean and left my home looking great!

Terrible said they would come out and do the job for $1,000 they wanted to make me wait a month then the guy from Wow gave me a number for another painter in White Bear Lake he never called me back and then I called wow painting again and said please schedule me for 3 to 4 weeks out and never heard from them again....... terrible I will never use wow 1 day painting ever......

They painted the exterior of our house in a couple days and it was good but they did not scrape some old paint like they said they would, they painted my windows shut (still can't open them), they never covered my flower garden - they were covered in paint and they stepped on them (was supposedly getting new flowers but they never delivered them) and there's yellow color bleeding through the white paint ( they at first didn't recommend a good primer.. then later had to redo some parts.. I still have the yellow spots at some parts of the house and it's been over six months trying to get them back here to fix it). The people were nice but were somewhat sloppy and obviously didn't follow through with the warranty promise. I would not recommend them.

Everything went great. The team was fast, clean and professional. They were done quicker than I expected and the walls look amazing. I'll be using them again for other rooms.

Excellent. They arrived on time & went right to work. They carefully removed, & then rehung, a tapestry in the stairwell. They even moved the couch back when they were done. The painting was great!

There was a bit of confusion regarding the start date but this was readily solved and the work was done efficiently but carefully. The end product was excellent. John and his team did a great job.

Mike and his friendly crew showed up on time and did a great job on 4 rooms all different colors. They finished the job in less than a day and everything looks great. We will definitely be calling Mike back for future projects and we highly recommend them to others looking for a quality job done quickly.

I am a big DIY guy myself and hired WOW One Day Painting mainly because I have a 3 year old that would have made it extremely difficult to paint it myself with the limited time I would have to paint it. The idea of having my entire upper level painted in a day was extremely enticing. My first impression of the job WOW One Day Painting did was amazing. They completed most of the upper level of my house including: hallway leading to bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room with vaulted ceilings, 2 story entry way, and staircase leading to basement in a mere 6.5 hours. I frankly was blown away by how quickly they completed the job. Overall the job was pretty good. What killed it for me could be summed up simply by the phrase "lack of attention to detail". Here are some specific examples of issues in attention to detail: 1. Laminant flooring had drips of paint all over the place. Relatively easy to clean up myself but that's not the point. I could have easily been resolved by the crew doing a quick once over and cleaning up the drips with Goof Off instead of making me do it. 2. Kitchen countertops clearly were not covered while painting as they also had drips all over the place on them. Again, easy for me to clean up. Could have been easy for them to clean up as well. 3. A handful of trim had been slopped on with paint and not wiped off. 4. Several places where ceiling texture ended up on either a brush or roller and then ended up embedded on the wall. Easy to fix myself but now requires patching, priming and repainting small spots myself. 5. Edging in several places still showed the old paint faintly through the final top-coat. In their defense, the paint I asked them to use I had previously purchased, Benjamin Moore, and for whatever reason didn't seem to cover quite as well as other paints. That being said, 1 more pass over the edging in those spots where the old paint was still poking through could have resolved those issues. Regarding #5, I contacted WOW One Day Painting several times to come back and resolve the edging and basically got the run around. I gave up and fixed the edging myself. I have mixed feelings on WOW One Day Painting. 80% of the job I'd say was done very well. That last 20% however kind of killed it for me to the point I do not think I would use them again in the future. It's true that I absolutely would not have been able to complete it as quickly as they did, however, I would have paid much more attention to detail myself.
