It's unfortunate of your review and would like to learn more. The original Angie's List purchase was for 7 hours of labor and we arrived with 2 painters and myself. Below is a summary. 1. We arrived on time with 3 people. 2. You thought that I may have brought more painters & I explained I could bring 7 for 1hr labor each or 1 painter for 7hrs, which was that was the purchase you had made. 3. You explained there was more work to be done, and I happily assisted in reviewing the work where I calculated an additional 23hrs labor to complete. 4. You agreed to the price & work to be done which was going to take 1.5-2 days with 2 painters. 5. The next morning you expressed concern of a fair price & I explained again that we would work for the hours purchased. We performed for the 7hrs you originally purchased & then worked more for the additional hours you agreed to. 6. You & I did an initial walk through where we found several items to resolve and which we did upon your agreement. 7. We completed all the work, did a final walk through with you and you expressed your pleasure as well as stating it was a misunderstanding on the pricing. To finish, I had 2 painters work 2 full days (40hrs total) and I even worked 4-6hrs so you can see that your total purchase of 30 hours was a very good deal. With a review that you posted and with zero comments, I cannot learn what it is that I'm missing and would be happy to discuss further. Please let me know if you have some time and I look forward to the call.

Description of Work: Mike and his team were very efficient, responsive and extremely helpful offering to pick up paint when I couldn't make it to the store during a storm. They were able to complete the project within a couple days of providing the initial estimate and completed it in less time than anticipated. I would definitely recommend him and use WOW again.

He was able to come out right away to give me a quote. He came out 3 days later and got the work done that day. It changed the look of the wall and it looked fabulous. I called Mike at WOW Painting because I had a huge event that was being hosted at our office. He came 5 days prior to the event with a team of guys. They patched, sanded and painted the walls. They made a very tired looking warehouse absolutely shine. This isn't a job that I thought could get done in the short amount of time that was available but Mike was quick to respond, review the job and get me a quote. Once we got that out of the way they came right away and got the job done in 1 day. I would definitely recommend Wow 1 Day Painting to anyone who needs a professional and reliable company for your painting needs. Plus Mike is a Veteran and as an American I think it is our responsibility to support our Veteran owned businesses!

Mike gave us a quote and had his crew out within a couple of days. He even came on the weekend as we had a deadline to open our space. He did every room according to the paint colors we picked out and had everything done in the timeframe promised. We have had lots of complements on the work!
