+ -1 moreOverall it was a terrific experience. It was very informative and helpful, he was very professional and easy to work with. I contacted about ten inspection companies and people. Steve's price was competitive, and he came recommended to me by my realtor. I would definitely use Steve again, and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Steve did a home inspection on a 15 year old, 4200 sq ft home we are looking to purchase. I showed up after he had been there for about 4 hours, he was just finishing up, and then went through all of his results that were very thorough and included lots of pictures. He even offered for me to come do the entire inspection with him, but I wasn't available. He explained the findings, and then we went through the house and discussed every area I had questions on and he had recommendations on. His report was sent to us the same evening. He also didn't disappear after the inspection, but is available for any follow up questions related to the inspection, or just other findings or questions we come across with the house.

+ -1 moreSTEVE STALOCK DID THE INSPECTION. WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE INSPECTION DONE WITHIN THREE DAYS AND HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT ON A SUNDAY TO ACCOMMODATE US. HE ANSWERED THE PHONE HIMSELF. ITS REFRESHING TO TALK TO A PERSON, NOT A MACHINE.
Description of Work: INSPECTED HOME WE HOPED TO PURCHASE.
