Description of Work: I used underground Waterworks for lawn irrigation and last time was in fall of 2013. They blew out my sprinkler system for the season.

+ -1 moreUnderground Water Works installed our in-ground sprinkler system in 1993. We have had John and Steve do the Spring and Fall maintenance on our system ever since (22 years). They show up when scheduled, and are always very professional and courteous. We have absolutely no reason to look for another provider.

+ -1 moreWe have them come every year and they are done in about a half hour. Never any problems. They tell us it any of the sprinklers look like they need fixing and how we can fix them or they can do it.
Description of Work: Fall blow out of our sprinkler system. Extra zones cost more, so some yards would be less than ours.

+ -1 moreWe contacted John and set up a time for them to come out to help us. They had done previous work years back on the system when the house had a different owner. They didn't have the irrigation plan but said they'd be back to help when the snow melted. We were pleased with their responsiveness and will certainly have them work on the system once the weather warms up.
Description of Work: We purchased a house and needed to get grading work done. Since we didn't want to rip up any of the existing irrigation system, we were looking for help with a leaking valve and locating sprinkler heads before the grading work was to be done.

+ -1 moreIt was great. They were punctual, professional and were reasonably priced. Since I was new to the home, I asked if John would be willing to take some time to show me how the use the system and verify that it was in good working condition. He was very knowledgeable and even made some recommendations for the system in the future.

I see I have a problem with a malfunctioning head, I call John on his cell, get an answer or a call back in a reasonable amount of time and set up a time for him to appear. The work is performed and I am happy. He told me once when I wanted him to come out and adjust a head, that he would show me how to do it. I told him no, that's his job, I would rather pay him then me screw it up. I am very happy with the brothers; John and Steve.
Description of Work: I have had Underground Water Works maintaining my sprinkler system for better then 15 years. For the most part, this is replacing sprinkler heads or controls or moving a head. Also had them replace my main control after a lightening strike. They are, I believe reasonably priced, and very punctual. I usually get them the day I want when I have a problem. They also blow out my system in the fall. Because I like to be at the very end of the season for this maintenance, they are always agreeable. I highly recommend them as a very responsible Company.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, were able to solve the issues that I asked them to, went "above and beyond" by re-leveling some ground in a few low spots in the yard, and I felt the price was extremely reasonable given the amount of work they did. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler system modification or repair.
Description of Work: Underground Water Works came out the day after I called them to fix a number of issues with a sprinkler system put in by another company (the other company was extremely difficult to work with, constantly missing or being late for appointments, and not fixing problems that were easy to correct). They added one sprinkler head, changed the height and spray pattern of a number of others, and gave me suggestions on some trouble areas.
