The services management and staff are genuinely interested in excellence and they all communicate very well. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

They made two appointments on separate occasions in the past week. They called to cancel both. I have waited both times and cancelled minutes before. I this is not reliable to do this to leave me waiting. I have used cleaners for years and have never had this happen. Not a good sign .

I'm a newcomer to using The Polishing Touch service, but have been very pleased with my experience these last six months! The cleaners are prompt and, when there's been a traffic issue or snow delay, they've called in advance to let me know. The staff has been very accommodating and easy to work with and leave my place cleaned and organized but without me having to hunt to find where something has been moved. My only concern is that they seem suspiciously happy/well-adjusted considering the early hour at which they usually arrive. Have never had any issues or concerns with special requests so am a happy camper and am certainly comfortable in recommending them!

Always punctual and professional! We moved here from Illinois and had to find a good house cleaning crew that we could trust. Well, we found them! The Ladies are thorough and detail oriented. I love coming home after they have been here! Little things like vacuum lines and the ends of the TP made into shapes make me happy! I trust each and every one on Rebecca's crew. They are awesome with our dog who thinks they are here to play with her. I can't say enough about Polishing Touch!

They do excellent work, very dependable and reasonably priced

We have been Polishing Touch customers for years and continue to be extremely pleased with their services. They are thorough and very responsive to any special requests. We often have areas of the home we don't want cleaned or a room that needs a little extra attention - and they always accommodate our requests. Communication with Rebecca it top-notch - she is quick to let us know if there is a shift in timing and she always accommodates any schedule adjustments we need. Highly recommend Rebecca and her team!

As of 9/2020 the vendor quoted a minimum rate of $175 plus tax for ongoing appointments. I was given a rate of $165 plus tax after an on-site walk-through of my home determined that it required less work. The first "introductory" visit was quoted as two staff at $100 per hour plus tax. The first visit took 1.5 hours ($150), but I was charged the minimum which was not made clear at the outset. The team arrived for the first visit 45 minutes early and I had to scramble to leave the house ready for them. In particular, at the last minute I put away all the stuff my dog uses so that the cleaning staff will not have to deal with it. When I have used other cleaning firms, the place sparkled when they were through. The house did not sparkle after the first visit. For example, the stainless steel kitchen sink was dull and spotty. I had to get out the Bartender's Friend and polish it myself. This firm requires the home owner to provide cleaning supplies. (This cost me about $57.) I was told this was due to home owners requesting their preferred brands of cleaning supplies. However, on the list of 11 items that the homeowner must supply, only 5 were left to the homeowner's choice. I was told that the email contact form on the firm's website did not work, but was supplied with another email address that did work. The owner prefers to communicate via land line phone indicating concern over poor typing skills. However, this puts the home owner in a you said (email), they said (phone) situation when addressing issues. After the first visit I requested that the team arrival be closer to the actual appointment time and the owner replied that I was not a "good fit" for their firm. I agreed. I had many special requests for my cleaning appointment. ALL were requests for items and areas I did NOT want the staff to clean. I provided the staff a list of the special requests and posted signs throughout the house for those areas and items I did not want cleaned.

They did a very nice job. They always shows up on time.

They come regularly and they have been excellent. They do an outstanding job and Rebecca, the owner, is on top of things and is very accommodating as well. They are all very efficient and are wonderful to work with. The girls who clean are timely, thorough, and pleasant. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them again.

Fabulous company. We have used PT for many years, especially helpful when he had 3 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats at home. They are trustworthy, dependable, and communicative. They helped us when we transitioned homes for deep cleaning. They would also alter their scheduled times when we needed a cleaning before an entertainment event. Finally, we loved that they have long time employees who worked at our homes over the years. A+

It went very well she was right on time she did everything I had asked her to do Example deep clean all bathrooms plus kitchen vacuum floors etc. Yes I would hire her again in a minute. I started using the Polishing Touch Cleaning Service on a monthly basis in April of 2019. They had consistent employee turnover issues and canceled the August appointment due to the lack of workers. The sales pitch was for “high quality work” and the initial cleaning was just that. Since then the quality has steadily declined and no longer meets expectations. Although the owner, Rebecca, initially told me to work with her on any issues, when I called her and tried to work with her in December 2019, she just blew me off. At first, she promised to have her quality inspector come out, then she said the gal would call, but in the end there was no follow-through. When I sent her an e-mail detailing a few of the ongoing issues in January 2020 she abruptly dropped me as a customer. She was unwilling to discuss the situation or to make any attempt to try to make things right. Instead she tried to blame me for the issues having sinks, facets, floors, counters only quickly wiped and left smeared, as well as areas missed completely or not touched at all. Debris from their large supply bags being left on chairs. Foyer runners being left with folded ridges and upturned edges causing trip hazards (I’m a senior). There was no follow-through on her promises of quality work or on her promise to work with me on issues.

This company cleaned our home bi-weekly for over a year a couple of years ago. I should have written my review when I stopped using them. The staff was not consistent. The first cleaner was OK, but left the company for a job cleaning airplanes, There were many others after that. The best team (husband and wife) was great, but Rebecca criticized them for taking too long to clean our house. My last conversation with Rebecca was most unsatisfactory. We ended up arguing over the phone and I said I know how to solve this problem...I am quitting your service! It was the right thing to do. She is **** ** her employees.

Cleaning my house fully every other week. Off week clean my floors and make my bed. Great services. They are great with my dog. Clean around my dog.

Rebecca’s team did such a great job on both the move in cleaning in our new house and move out cleaning in our previous rental property. They left both homes spotless and were incredibly attentive to detail with all the nooks and crannies that old houses have. Highly recommend and would certainly hire them again.

They are excellent. They are thorough and they go the extra mile even cleaning the floor on their knees. They catch everything and ask if there is anything else they can do. I have used Polishing Touch for about year now and my daughter in law also uses them. They are very professional and do a great job cleaning our homes. I had used a different service previously and had frequent problems with scheduling and several items that got broken while cleaning. The Polishing Touch has been the opposite with a very professional service while still feeling like you are dealing with a local company who cares about you. Rebecca is quick to respond with questions or concerns and her team is reliable and does a very good job. I would highly recommend!
