We love our lead cleaner Suzanne and the rest of the team. Suzanne was assigned to us when we began using the service several years ago. Unlike other cleaners we tried, Polishing Touch is always punctual, does a through cleaning (we never have to ask for rework), and respects our property.

They are very reliable, thorough, with great communication, trustworthy, and accommodating. And we have been using for at least 10 years.

Three individuals cleaned every room in my house in two hours. They did a fabulous job!

They're great. The lady who comes and cleans my house knows my dog and gives him treats to keep him occupied. She uses my vacuum which I like because it has all the filters and allergy protection. They use my cleaning supplies which is how they work. They do it very fast, cleaning takes about an hour and a half. The house smells great when its all done.

Very good, very thorough. They've been very good in doing what I want. Just real happy with them.

The Polishing Touch has been cleaning our house bi-weekly for many years. The staff is very friendly. Whenever I have been unhappy with something, they send someone out to take care of it right away. Changes to the schedule are communicated promptly and they are also accommodating when I need to make schedule changes.

They are excellent, did a good job, they are good in getting back to you, they answers your questions, they have a quality assurance to check if the work was done correctly and they are friendly.

Their work was outstanding, they also clean for me for special occasions, they are flexible, accommodating, quality spot checks. They have a quality feature that I really like, they will send somebody to correct the problem which is happening very often. They are exceptional.

I liked the fact that the owner follows up with all the customers. She phones regularly to check about your experiences. And also she pays enough for living expenses. Their work is consistent. I have the same peolpe cleaning and if not, she lets me know.

They are excellent and I trust them to come in to my home. When there is something they can't get out, they ask me to get something heavier to get the stain out. They are very friendly and the owner is great with communication. I have tried to find a good cleaning company for over a year but after finding them, I would never use anyone else. I would give them a 100 out of a 10 and would highly recommend them.
