They called back right away, did a great job on the house, were very flexible about a reschedule for this week!

The 2 person crew showed up promptly at scheduled time. I informed them that this was my first cleaning service and that I could show them where items were in the house for them to use and to know the house layout. They were not informed that this was a first clean nor about the product use concerns that I had conveyed to Rebecca. But they were most gracious and rolled with it. We walked thru the house and product use, etc that took close to 20 mins.They started upstairs to allow my family to finish their meals and for us to be out of the way. All was going fine until after using the central vac they mistakenly vacuumed up part of the feather duster. After looking into the problem there was an belt that was broken. Hard to say if the belt broke due to the feather duster or wear. It had been working fine for them prior to this. Two rooms had been done. The cleaner was most apologetic, but they were not able to complete the vacuuming of the carpeted areas. They had a handheld that they used for hardfloor surface, so other floors were done. They dusted, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen. For items that were done it seemed like they were pretty well done too. They had to contact Robyn to do the walk thru. She arrived and walked thru and did address a few things I brought up but also didn't really seem that enthusiasitc about my concerns. (like dust particles left from the damp rags used) Some items were gone over if missed. I am disappointed in the issue with the vacuum. And it seemed like it might be hard to get all the cleaning done in the time alotted. I brought this up several times and they didn't think this would be a problem after a few cleans, but they also said they weren't sure if the crew that they sent out would be the same each time, so that walk thru issues would come up again. I paid for 2.5 hrs even though they were here almost 3 hrs. Robyn she said you pay for the time they walk in the door till they go out. I reminded her however that they couldn't start right away with out walking thru and product use explination plus we dealt with the vacuum issue for 20 mins before I told the cleaner continue to do the other areas and we wouldn't be able to vacuum carpets. So I paid for the quote for the 2.5 hrs. I am willing to try another clean with this group however, I am still concerned about the time for them to complete tasks expected in the time allotted (especially since the vacuuming of carpet wasn't done, which is in most main living areas except kitchen, entries, baths and small front room.) The cleaners were very nice and accomodating with two curious little ones trying to see what was going on.

The appointment was set for 8:30 and they arrived EXACTLY at 8:30 am which was a great way to start. I mentioned to the owner that I was putting the house on the market and told her that I wanted this empty house to shine. No furniture to dust, but I wanted the kitchen appliances, bathroom faucets, etc., to shine. Initially, the house looked pretty good, but after they left, I noticed they barely cleaned the bathtub faucets as they had water stains. They forgot to bring a ladder, or as I was told, they ran out of ladders and they couldn't reach some areas on top of the built in microwave, which was a little too high without a foot stool. I noticed numerous smudges on the light switches and various parts of the house. Okay, not a big deal for me to wipe up, which I did, but there was not an emphasis to detail on this job. I didn't want an mediocre job and this is what I received. I was hoping the hardwood floors would have been shined, but they were not and one of the gals said they use it on some of their customer's home. The baseboards were not wiped down as I was hoping and the job was fair to slightly above average. I called Rebecca after the cleaning crew left the home and told her that I was a bit disappointed and she apologized and stated they would do whatever they could to improve the situation. I absolutely believed her that it would have been done, but I didn't have time to go back to the house and set up another appointment for another crew to come out. As it turned out, I spent about 90 minutes myself making sure the house was in mint condition, which was something I didn't want to do, so it left me slightly soured on the service. Rebecca mentioned, the job took a bit longer than anticipated and the crew had to leave. Finally and most important, the crew didn't ask me, is there ANYTHING ELSE THAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU? Apparently because of my comments, Rebecca thought this was a good idea and the crews will now be asking the customers this question, which I think is a good start and insisting that all crews have a small ladder for hard to reach places. I now use Angie's for just about everything I do and I was very clear that I would be very honest and vocal with the service I received and it will be reflected in my Angie's' report. You would think they might be a little extra effort into the house. The overall job was good, but certainly not outstanding. Even though they offered to come back and perform the duties they missed the first time, it did not fit my time schedule and I am back to the drawing board trying to find another cleaning service.

When I called, I was able to schedule with a week. The team showed up on time. I had to leave and came home to a clean house! It was great. We did pick up thoroughly and even moved some things to the garage to make it easy for them to clean the floors.

We have been very happy with the company. They are good about calling us and setting up the time. Rebecca, the owner, is very easy to work with. The crew always shows up when they say they will.

Rebecca (owner) came to my house and was very professional. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable having her staff come in my home when I was gone. They were very accommodating because they came for the first visit the very next week.

They are very professional and I liked how it is a small business. The owner came out to meet us and to give us the estimate first off. They always show up on time, they are very reliable and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

I thought they did an outstanding job. I travel every week on business and don't have the time to properly clean my house in Bloomington. Three ladies came by and spent an intense two hours thoroughly cleaning my house. They followed instructions, and worked efficiently. Nothing was damaged. I recommend this service.

The cleaning crew was ahead of schedule and waiting for me to open the door. They took a walk through the home and went right to work. I left for another appointment and told them to lock up when finished. I returned later that day and found a home in sparkling condition. I was expecting maybe a lick & promise but was pleasantly surprised. I will use their service again and will recommend them to future clients.

It was great! I called and left a message for Rebbecca explaining I was having guests over in less than 2 weeks and wanted the entire house cleaned. She called back quickly and arranged to have the work done within the week. She promised that the cleaners would arrive by 8:30 a.m. and they were there at 8:30 a.m. on the dot. The two cleaners were very nice women. I showed them around and then left for work. When I got home, everything was spotless and smelled great. I had underestimated the time that they'd need to clean so the check I'd left that morning wasn't enough. I contacted Rebbecca and she was very amenable to me paying the remainder by mailing a check and, at the same time, we arranged for monthly service.

Excellent. Great attention to detail! I called on an emergency basis to get my house cleaned for an unexpected Thanksgiving visit and dinner (22 people - lots of allergies to cats and dogs). Rebecca returned my call quickly and was able to squeeze me in. She was very honest about how long it would take and what time she had available. We worked together to come up with a good solution. The girls were on time. They cleaned quickly and thoroughly. The only thing they missed was dusting/cleaning the light fixtures over the dining and kitchen tables, kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Maybe they don't clean those? I never thought to ask. It was a very nice touch to have the inspector come by and check the job.

They exceeded my expectation! I knew I would be pretty picky if I am paying someone to clean my house. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Cleaned blinds and some interior windows - and did an amazing job! Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. An inspector comes after they are finished to do a final walk through. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Thorough and detailed work. We are very happy with our shining floors! We will definately continue to use this company.
