Performed all the duties that were 0utlined in the notice, fast, clean , professional, and polite! They were very thorough and detailed.

It went well, they started on time and were done at the end of three hours.

THey were very pleasant girls and went right to work and no visiting between them. One did tops and one did bottoms. They seemed to work very well together and were friendly and helpful.

I purchased the coupon after speaking with the company with the understanding that could come out and clean the house within a two or three week period. After purchasing the Big Deal and I contacting them, they were unable to schedule an appointment any sooner than one month in advance. They were not accommodating and we had the Big Deal cancelled and refunded. UPDATE They deserve a D. They said they'd be available after the party (don't need a cleaner after a party is already over. Never offered cleaning prior to the event. Lie.

I originally purchased this Big Deal in November but because we were moving, we waited to use it until we were settled into our new home. I'm so glad we did. We called Rebecca and got things set up. She's very kind and funny and so easy to work with! The ladies came when my mother-in-law was getting my son ready for school. They came in and got right down to business (after giving my dog some love). Everything sparkled and Rebecca called a few days later to check in. Awesome!!

We were contacted by the owner right after purchasing our housecleaning deal, and she was very courteous and knowledgeable. She carefully explained what was involved and how the business was run. The employees were very efficient and gave tips for me to continue to keep the house clean after they left. The house smelled and looked so fresh! The two women who came were personable and really knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company!

The experience has been very good. After the initial visit, which was a coupon deal on Angie's List, Rebecca came to the house and priced out a two floor cleaning and a three floor cleaning. No sales pressure, just good information about their service and what they can do. The two person team that arrives each time is the same. They are extremely professional, they take off their coats and get started. They are so thorough and efficient, it keeps me wanting them to return.

We have used Polishing Touch on and off for a few years now. Rebecca has always been great to deal with. And of the cleaners we have used in the past, they are the most professional. Scheduling is usually quite easy. Rebecca has fit us in with only a couple days notice sometimes. We schedule for 4 hours for a team of 2. Her team is extremely attentive and works very methodically taking care of the big items then moving to detailed cleaning where time allows. Rebecca also has inspections completed to insure quality control and that the team completed everything per Polishing Touch's standards. The teams recommend leaving a list of things that are important for you that they should focus on. Pricing is higher than most, but so is the quality and service. Rebecca seemed to adjust pricing recently to become more competitive. If your expectations are high for house cleaning services, no one competes with Polishing Touch.

I was extremely satisfied with the house cleaning services provided by The Polishing Touch. I would definitely hire them again.

We've had a few house cleaners in on "coupon deal" type things over the last several years. This was by FAR the best experience. I wasn't home, but my wife commented that the cleaners were practically running around the house the whole time they were here (about 2.5hrs). Hardest workers by far, did a great job. Would like to sign up for recurring cleaning with these folks, but don't have the money right now. Highly reccomended.

I am starting to really feel behind in cleaning as my boys get bigger and messier, and with the holidays coming up, I thought I would try a cleaning service. The Big Deal came around for the Finishing Touch for six hours, and I thought it would be a good way to start. I received a call back immediately from an employee, and then Rebecca, the owner herself, called me the next day to talk about their service and set up the appointment. We did have to talk a few times to find a day that worked--but that was because she bent over backwards to get me in before Thanksgiving (sweet relief). Kelly and Mindy came that Wednesday morning, extremely polite and ready to go, requiring very little instruction, and frankly, they BUSTED it. I thought my superficial cleaning had been fine. I occasionally came downstairs from playing upstairs with my son, and the junk they had unearthed from my countertop was unreal. Then I started to notice the smell... the fresh, clean, lemony-ness that started drifting around the house just made me happy. When they left, I was left with a sparkling main level. My sunroom/junk/toy room looked great. My grimy gas stovetop sparkled (this is amazing to me). My office looked like I can actually do work in it and my dining room was ready to host a crowd. The bathroom looked like new. My carpets looked fluffy, and everything in my living room was dust free. Believe it or not, we did not live in squalor before Rebecca's team came to my house. But the reality is that I am stretched thin and I just can't come close to doing as thorough a job in as short a time. So, I told Rebecca that we're going to have to make this a permanent bi-weekly deal. My husband wishes we could handle it ourselves, but he really appreciated how nice our house looked, and how much less stressed out I was hosting a dinner party the next night. On subsequent visits, things have been not quite as sparkling, as a few items have been missed here or there. But, Rebecca also dropped down our price since we would only be doing a partial cleaning of the house, and they only have two hours to dedicate to us instead of three. For the time and price, it a great by a great company.

They were on time, very professional, did an excellent job. They brought all the needed supplies. I was very happy with them and the results. I would definitely use them again.

Two cleaning people arrived, a third was added. We discussed what was expected and they went right to work. The house was spotlessly clean when they left. I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely hire this crew again! One of the people even polished the brass fixture in the bathroom. It was beautiful!! Thank you for doing a great job of getting our home ready to sell!!

From the outset we had issues with incomplete cleaning (dusting in particular). Was told by Rebecca that our house was "too big" for the time they had allotted - so we went to a longer clean costing more, but still did not see any marked improvement. After expressing our concerns, they had Robin, the manager, do two different spot checks but I never heard back from her. Came home one day after one of our first house cleanings to find a large (10'-4') area of shiny streaks and spots in the wood floors at our entry way. Spoke to Rebecca, she assured me the cleaners only used vinegar and water. But after repeated cleanings this area has not evened out. Came home appx one month ago after a clean to find a large (18"), deep scratch in the custom venetian plaster wall of our master bathroom by the shower. Called Rebecca immediately. She came over to our house on 7/3 to look at everything. Her comments: There was "no way her people could have made the scratch" and "she couldn't take responsibility". Regarding the floors, after looking through the cabinet where we keep cleaning product for the crew she found a Bona floor product which at first she said was permanent polyurethane which would have to be sanded out. Rebecca said it was "too expensive for the girls to buy" and she was "sure she didn't bring it into the house" and that "some other provider must have brought it in." She then called back and said that her crew HAD brought the Bona in, but that "it wasn't harmful and she had no idea what was on the floor". I now have a call into the company who does our floors to see what we can do. I don't know if Rebecca will take responsibility and pay for the floor repair. She has already denied responsibility for the deep scratch in the bathroom that I will now have to fix. I do believe she feels badly, but her follow-through has been one of excuses, misinformation and lack of ownership. We will not use this company again in the future.

Update: Today I terminated services with The Polishing Touch for failure to perform services. I had received a voice mail from the owner late last week letting me know that due to the 4th of July holiday, cleaning will be done on Monday the 2nd, rather than Wednesday the 4th. The payment was sent to her and the house was readied for the cleaning crew to arrive on Monday. By 8:15 they had not shown up. I called the owner and she began to tell me that she was unhappy with my prior report from Angie's list. She felt it was unfair, and she felt that I did not understand how difficult it is to operate such a large business. I felt that she was playing the same games as before and I finally asked her to return my money and cancel all services. Hopefully this will end the nightmare.

We liked the company and good service.

It was excellent. I thought they had an excellent price in comparison to the company i've used before. they washed the inside, outside, and all the screens on my 26 windows. They did a chandelier and charged me 20$, which I still thought was worth it.

The price is fine. The ladies that come to the home are very friendly, but the owner is not. The owner is airheaded. She will say one thing and say something totally the opposite the next time we speak with her. She negotiates the job by time. I wasn’t getting the full service that I paid for because they used to come 15 minutes late and leave 15 minutes late. The prices are very competitive. The quality of the cleaning that is done is fine. I probably would not use them again in the future.
