Owner Rebecca Hardwick has been in the industry for almost 40 years. She grew up in the Edina/ Hennepin County area. She hand-picks her incredible staff from the local area and has them professionally trained by her veteran trainer. All customers have Rebecca's home office number. Good as always
Description of Work: PT cleaned out house biweekly for years and just did a move-out clean for us. Staff always prompt and friendly. Rebecca always accommodating with schedule changes, special requests. They were great.

They come every other week for me.
Description of Work: They did our housecleaning. They vacuumed the carpets and cleaned the bathrooms. They cleaned the wood floors.

Description of Work: I have held off reviewing Polishing Touch because house cleaning services have a reputation for falling off after the first few months. I had some concerns with the consistency of the work, which is why I am giving them an B rating for quality. However, Rebecca has been excellent to work with. She has been responsive to my concerns and I now can say the last two cleanings have been A+. Hoping this continues in the future.

They were very professional
Description of Work: We were moving and needed the whole house cleaned after the movers got our things out. They were thorough and took pride in their work. They also made sure to accomodate my date and have the place clean before the final walkthru. We have a 4 bedroom 4 bath house and they spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning it with a two person crew.
