+ -1 moreKeith seemed to have real time management issues and the work went slow because he worked partial days. He placed his dirty items on my desktop was very messy. I understand this is messy work. He sent me an email for final payment and I was very unhappy with the job he did and the lack of cleanup. He uses stilts that made black scuff marks all over my kitchen floor. He attempted to clean it up but left a mess for me. He left a mess out side on our pump, in the garage and nearly each room he worked on. He did make the job right and I was satisfied with the final work after insisting he make it look like the sample he showed me during the bidding process. He had to redo much of the area he considered finished previously.
Description of Work: Keith bid to remove the popcorn ceiling and replace it with knockdown ceilings in the main areas of my house, 2 baths and a bedroom.

+ -1 moreKEITH DID A GREAT JOB ON THE BATHROOM CEILING. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WRITTEN ESTIMATE. TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET ON HIS SCHEDULE (BUSY IS GOOD!), BUT HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND DID THE WORK IN ONE DAY.
Description of Work: REPAIRED BATHROOM CEILING (7 X 10) BY INSTALLING SHEETROCK, TAPING, AND SPRAYING.
