Slumberland Furniture

Overall, service provided was awful and would not go back to this store. The sales associate was rude, inconsiderate and inattentive. My wife and I went to the store purchase a queen bed frame set that we had seen on Slumberland's website. The sales associate knew the mentioned product and seemed willing to help us. However, she was more interested in other customers that entering the store. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she was not focused. She interrupted and left our transaction at least three times to help other customers and even place an order for a customer that came in after us, while we were waited for her to finish our transaction. When asked about future sales, she made it seem like a daunting task to find out.

It's okay; I don’t think I get spectacular deals there, but it's not a rip-off either. I would tell others who are looking for a mattress that this is one of the places to look. We would probably use them again in the future.
