Tim understood what I needed in terms of a retrospective appraisal of a property we acquired a number of years ago. He was upfront about the timeline and the cost and delivered as expected. He always promptly answered my calls. I cant speak to the document itself as we have not filed taxes yet but I was pleased with my interactions with Tim and expect the documents will meet our needs.

Tim was very knowledgeable in the appraisal area, responsive to my concerns, offered advice, did a thorough job. My only suggestion is not to claim the report will be done sooner than able to provide it. I was told it would be done in a about two days - it was received in two weeks including the Thanksgiving holiday.

Tim was great. Very friendly, punctual, good customer service. The actual property appraisal itself (very subjective in nature), I felt, was quite low in value compared to what I expected. I was expecting my property to appraise much higher. Thankfully, I stuck with my gut when listing my home for sale.

Tim answered our request for appraisal within 2 days and set up appointment to come see the site within 1 week. He had our results back to us in 3 weeks. We appreciated his knowledge and answers to our many questions.
