I was in town only for a short while after my brother-in-law died. His accountant said we needed an appraisal as of date of death. Tim rearranged his schedule to meet with us and one week later presented us with a very detailed analysis of the property. I appreciate his honesty and attention to details.

His ratings were way bellow what houses were currently selling for because he used 6 month old statistics for an are were prices are going up monthly. I had an offer from Zillow at the time of his results were sent to me and he was approximately $15,000 lower than their first offer.
