Description of Work: A boundary survey and certificate.

Description of Work: We called them to ask if they were surveyors for our neighborhood, they answered yes, the plat survey was done by their firm for the Oaks of Shenandoah. They asked for the addition #, the block number, and the lot number, which we knew, and they gave us a choice of two dates, one only 10 days out, which was exceptionally prompt. they guy used high tech GPS and negotiated heavy hedges which blocked traditional sight lines for old style survey work; evidently the original survey pins had been removed by an unscrupulous party, and they replaced 4 corner markers with numbered markers at no extra cost, (we had expected the pin replacement to be at least $50 for each corner...based on other surveyors). The job was done promptly, our unexpected house guests were not inconvenienced in the slightest, and we were very glad we had the survey done, as the utility boxes evidently used by some neighbors could be up to 5 feet off the lot lines, as we discovered! Also, our irrigation sprinklers in two locations were nearly two feet into the neighbors lot, which is evidence the contractors working on the lot had no real clue and just did best guess. The adjoining neighbors "gatehouse" gack yard shed, we found, is sited 4 feet closer to our lot than allowed, and actually extends a foot and a half into another neighbors back yard (three way lot corner). Very satisfied.
