Description of Work: My husband and I have been looking for a handyman to complete some odds and ends around our home. We hired Nicely Dunn for some drywall patching, hanging of curtain rods/towels bars/toilet paper holders, as well as a small electrical project. I was very pleased with the work that was completed. It was done in a timely matter and was of good quality. I was particularly pleased with the level of professionalism and respectfulness shown while in my home. I will definitely contact Nicely Dunn again for future services!

Description of Work: Sent a message to this company requesting a quote for landscaping work. Never heard back from them. Does this company still exist? If so, they've lost my business.

Description of Work: I sent them a laundry list of items I need to have taken care of in the home I just purchased along with future projects I will be doing. I got an email response saying "Thank you for the email. Unfortunately I'm not able to take on work. Thank you." I give them an A for responding and promptly, but why advertise your services if you don't want jobs? Just wasting time.

Description of Work: I had my porch floor tiled. Scott described what he would do and on which day and he followed through as promised. He was responsive to my questions. The project took 3 days and he called at the end of each day to give me a status update along with the plan for the next day. Scott is very meticulous and does quality work. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Made an appointment for estimate. They usually do not do estimates but the job was enlarging an area to insert a new TV. He called and rescheduled the appointment. Then he called again and tried to reschdule. He seemed a good guy but timing was wrong.I think he did not have experience in the cabinet area so it threw him off.I would try him again to see if this was just a fluke.

Description of Work: Nicely Dunn,Scott and his partner came out on time to help me finish up a second bathroom with some framing and drywall,and cement board in the shower area for tile. They also did tile on the floor and shower walls. They do great work, are perfectionists and keep the work area very clean. I also had them organize some things in my garage for spring, along with a closet organizer system. They also pressure washed my deck so it will be ready for spring. Excellent guys and great work at a really fair price.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Had problem laundry chute and squeeky spot on kitchen floor. Scott was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to avoid tearing up the walls and he found a quick easy solution. He called ahead before he arrived. Quickly did the job and left it clean. Very satasfied.

Description of Work: After I had a home energy audit done, and insulation added where necessary, I call Nicely Dunn to do some caulking and weatherstripping throughout the house. Clint came on time, did everything according to the report left by the home energy people, even chased some additional materials. He worked fast, did a good job, and was easy and pleasant to talk to as well. We also agreed that they will come back at some time in the near future to tear out two old vanities and replace them with new ones.

Description of Work: Apologies to Scott, who is a great guy who did fine work for me that I would not have wanted to slog through myself, for doing this report so, so late. Used his services to install a ChamberDoor screen door on the back entrance to my condo unit. He was timely, professional, personable, informative, and did a fine job (the only advantage to him to my writing a report 2 years late is that I can say there have been no problems with the quality of his work as of 2+ years down the road!). The only reason for the 'B' in price, is that i would reserve 'A' for someone who was way below the average when I called around, and his charge was the same as the 2 or 3 others I called (but no higher than his quote!). Will be happy to use again, no reservations.

Description of Work: Called on a Tuesday to have him come look at my leaking kitchen faucet, he came for a quick estimate and a potential quick fix, but had to come back the next day with the correct stuff to fix the sink. I didn't expect to have my sink fixed so quickly. Fast, professional and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Realined door in frame. When I called to inquire, Scott called back within the day. Met me at the appointed time. Excellent job and very thorough. Does a lot of services. Will definitely find a need to work with Scott again.

Description of Work: 1. Repaired rotting window sill. Scott dug out the rot, filled, and sanded/prepared for painting in one trip. Did as good a job as a a window specialist I have used previously, who required multiple trips. 2. Upgrade and re-angle downspout. I had some water in the basement in early spring with leakage from the downspout. Scott recommended replacing some of the downspouts. He purchased the materials needed and was able to complete this job at the same time as the window sill.
