Scott did an excellent job in the closet repairing everything and identifying the fact that the bracket was not fully engaged with a 2x4 which is why it broke. He completed all other tasks quickly and efficiently and the front door address plate was outstanding. Scott is a personable and highly skilled handyman who identifies what needs to be done and does the right thing. I would highly recommend him to anyone and this was the second time I had hired him and he did not disappoint.

Scott Dunn did a great job - very prompt in replying to our initial request, came by and gave us an estimate and we scheduled the repair work. Scott came and did the repairs beautifully while we were out, and cleaned up afterwards. We couldn't be more pleased and will be calling him again when we need help with a home project.

Scott Dunn was professional, responsive and did a great job at a very reasonable price. He responded to my request promptly and was able to schedule a time that worked for me within the upcoming week. He showed up on time and completed all work quickly (in about an hour and a half) and very neatly with attention to detail. And the results exceeded my expectations: The door frames and trim look as good as they did when they were new! I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend Scott to others.

He arrived promptly but incapable of mudding a wall, sanding it, or even just painting. Scott stated he doesn't paint, mudd, sand or, spackle, and apparently didn't even read my email. He stated he changes lightbulbs or installs shelves for $100/hr. I'm shocked. Flabbergasted. And frankly confused how this man could have over 400 positive reviews when he states he doesn't have any handyman skills.

Overall they installed the unit great. They did need to do a bit extra outside for the city inspector, but that was no problem. I had gotten an intelligent Thermostat, and wanted it to act like a regular Thermostat on Auto most of the time instead of programming it for every day. It took a couple of tries before someone who knew what I wanted and had the knowledge came to help. But the guys before were trying to help, spent a lot of time, and actually found my 1st Thermostat had a problem and replaced it. I also had some mold growing in my A coil drain after a couple of months running. I never had that before, and am a bit skeptical that it is my air filter. I will try next season and will call them if there is a repeat. But overall they have been good.

I sent an inquiry for a project that I have but they never responded. Very unprofessional.

I emailed and Scott stopped by same day. We walked around the yard - he was very polite and advised job was actually more extensive than he'd be able to do.. gave suggestions on what info I should provide to fence companies I'd call for estimates. He was able to fix my backdoor hinge- did a great job.. Would hire him again

We needed two planks replaced on our deck steps. After the two planks were replaced, I notice two other boards that should be replaced that I did not originally request to be replaced. Scott was very nice about having to go back to the store to buy two more planks to complete another job for us. We are very happy with the results and will definitely call Scott again for our handyman needs.

I used Nicely Dunn on two occasions prior to putting my house on the market. Once for molding/quarter-round install, and again for kitchen tile. I would use them again in a heartbeat due to the professionalism and high-quality workmanship.

The job was done well, but an employee left some cement on my landscaping. After discovering this, he came out and fixed it. Job looks good and he stood by his work. I don't think he can ask for more.
