What an unbelievable experience! Simply the best contractor I have worked with in Minnesota for my kitchen needs. It wasn't easy to pick a contractor to remodel my kitchen. There are plenty to chose from in the phone book and online. However, Metro Floors stuck out because of the the positive reviews. I called for a free estimate and was impressed that someone came out that same day to look at my job. I was given an estimate and the work started a few days later. . Victor and Vlad were clean, professional, on time, and didn't play games with adding extra costs. Anyone who visits my home, are in awe about how perfect the tile work turned out. The end result was rather impressive. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

It all went well. Dima, Victor's cabinet maker was outstanding. Extremely accomodating and his expertise was superior. His painter, tile man and electrician were great. We will hire them again!

Victor was very responsive and helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions. When work was ready to start he detailed the project and set expectations for timing. He and his team were professional, responsive, and timely. They stuck to the schedule as promised and I felt they went above and beyond making sure the finished project was absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend them and work with them again.

I had Victor give us an estimate the week of Thanksgiving and it came in lower than what I expected. Because I had researched the products beforehand, he could order them right away. His crew was great, on time and very hard-working. The arabesque tile is stunning and I’ve attached a photo. The plumber installed the faucet, dishwasher and also replaced a kinked gas line to our stove. It took only 2 1/2 days to finish and was completed within 3 weeks from the estimate! A special thanks to Andrew (floor and tiler) and his helpers, they worked long and hard and did a beautiful job! Photos are attached but keep in mind I still need to paint the walls.

We interviewed a handful of contractors, but were not satisfied with them for various reasons. We contacted Victor through a referral from a tile expert. When Victor came to our home, he was meticulous about taking the measurements of our bathroom and very thorough in making sure he understood what we were looking to do. Victor was always accessible, whether by phone or text messages. We never had to worry about how quickly he would respond to our questions and concerns. This was very much appreciated. His crew were just as professional and courteous. They were wiling to add additional items to the project that we initially didn't request to be taken care of. Our bathroom is now the nicest room in the house (for now) and we will certainly be contacting Victor when we decide to continue remodeling another room in the house. After getting bids from a few contractors, I chose Metro Floors initially because of the responsiveness on the part of the owner. He was always quick to answer phone calls and email. I was never left waiting days for a response. The work was completely quickly and ahead of the initial schedule. Metro Floors was going to install a vanity top I had purchased elsewhere but it was too warped to install (it was a high res laminate). I then contracted with them to fabricate and install a Carrara marble vanity top and undermount sink. Total price was just $300 more than the total cost of installing the cheaper laminate, sink and faucet I bought at a home improvement store. I was extremely pleased that I was able to get a high end product for a minimal increase in cost. I had initially thought to install the backsplash in the kitchen myself, but after seeing how good the countertop and vanity looked, I hired them to do the backsplash in the kitchen as well. They were very flexible and patient with all of the additions to the project.

Other than a few glitches on our side with having the cabinets level for the granite installl all went well.

Very well. The floor specialist laid the tile with care, so that it was not only level but all the lines between the tiles was symmetrical. Nice, clean job on the grout, as well.

Everything looks fantastic. Victor and his crew did excellent work. I miscommunicated one part of the project, but Victor and Andrew come back and adjusted the tile to meet my satisfaction. Victor is very responsive and his customer service is beyond reproach. I highly recommend Victor/Metro Floors, you will not be disappointed.

Victor and his team did excellent work. They made nice even cuts and my molding has never looked better. They took the time to do the project right, which I truly appreciate. Would certainly hire again for bathroom and kitchen flooring based on the work they did a few weeks ago. Victor was also excellent at follow up, even thru the weekends on email to ensure the right materials were purchased for the job.

I was getting close to the date to move into a new condo, and the previous arrangements I had made to install of the PregoXP flooring in the entry, halls and kitchen fell through. Victor Lake came to the rescue with his outstanding customer service and craftsmanship. My projects seem to like to have some challenges—for this project, the product that had been ordered from another vendor was damaged. With Victor’s commitment to great customer service, this trial were quickly and easily resolved. He went above and beyond to complete the project in the time frame I needed. Moreover, I have beautiful floors thanks to his team of craftsmen. Then Victor brought in a true artist to install the backsplash in my kitchen. The quality of this craftsman contributed to the backsplash becoming the focal point in this room. These were small jobs, but the customer service detail provided by Victor Lake was outstanding.

It went very well. Victor was a very accommodating gentleman and his people were top-notch craftsmen.

This was a challenging project from the start but Victor and team handled it well. Plumbing was the hardest part as apparently plumbers are in short supply as of late and this was viewed as a challenging (read undesirable) project and it was hard to even get people in to do a bid. In the end the shower turned out beautifully. Victor's team (Andrei and Peter were amazing) did a great job and Victor kept the whole thing moving and kept an eye on quality throughout.

Everything looked great after completion. Everything turned out as expected and will be recommending the work to other friends and neighbors. Victor was awesome to work with and provided a lot of good feedback based off experience.

Victor from Metro Floors was awesome to work with. He was prompt, responsive, and professional. He quickly responded to my request for a quote and the work was done rapidly after we committed to the job. The installer that did the work did an excellent job. They left the job site very clean. The materials he used for the job (underlayment and grout) were very high quality. This rooms gets a lot of traffic (coming off our garage) and we needed to make sure we had a solid floor. We had issues in our previous house with tile grout cracking in a heavy traffic spot. I am confident we won't have this problem again. Also, we opted to do some of the demo ourselves and I appreciated that we had this option. He was transparent in the bid on the various pieces of the work and we were able to pick and choose what we wanted them to do versus us doing ourselves. Victor also worked with the Tile Shop to order and deliver the tile. All we had to do was make a decision and he took care of the rest. Was a painless, nearly effortless process for us! We have other tiling projects that need to be done in our house and we will definitely use Victor and his team at Metro Floors again for this work.

Victor was very responsive and made the process straight forward. Double checked the amount of tile ordered was correct. Install went very well and the floor looks amazing.

Everything about the process was completely seamless. We were impressed with Victor when he came out for a bid. He was knowledgeable and included everything we needed, including floor prep. (We have some unevenness on our lower level and other contractors said they would just leave it but Victor agreed it needed fixing). He also pointed us to a flooring showroom and a rep who was very helpful in picking out flooring options. Since we had 3 products (LVP, sheet vinyl and carpet) we had 3 separate installers and they were all extremely skilled, curtious and clean. The LVP installer was here for a few days and I was staining trim while he was here and he even gave me some pointers and answered some trim questions for me. Throughout the entire process we were kept informed about the status and timing of everything from Victor, his communication is excellent. We would definitely hire him again (if we had any flooring left to do!) And we highly recommend him!

Victor was very responsive with coming out and giving an estimate. The installation went fast and the work was done beautifully. And, the toilet installation was great. They picked up all materials from the retailer. And, left no mess behind. No inconveniences for me! Very professional and delivered on all promises. Price was fair and reasonable.

Amazing work, went above and beyond. Very Professional and knowledgeable if you're looking for tile work, this company is the one for you. I wish we knew about them sooner. Andre did excellent work.

Victor & his workers are outstanding. They show up when they say they will, work hard all day, & do great work. The entire job took barely a month--the only delay was delivery of one of the vanities, which was out-of-stock everywhere, but Victor tracked it down. All the workers were friendly, hardworking, & pleasant to have around. Even the cats liked them. Victor is the ultimate professional--on time, on budget, accommodating to requests, & reasonably priced. None of the usual remodelers headaches of saying tomorrow & showing up next week. Victor is generous with his time, too--he helped my husband move/carry furniture & other things which was over & above our expectations. Just a genuinely nice man, in addition to a great remodeler. Can't recommend him enough! (Pictures don't do the work justice; tile floors in both bathrooms, double vanity in master, new vanity in hallway bath plus new tub/shower. All beautiful. Kitchen, too, with darker granite counters is lovely.)
