Description of Work: Ask them to come out and look at a floor that was splitting. He responded quickly and gave us solid advice. The advice did not make him any money but was the best option. Would definitely trust him to do work for us.

Description of Work: Purchased package from Metro Floors for new kitchen floor, marble countertop, and backsplash for $3500 through Angie's List. There were approximately $1700 in extra charges for various things - mainly - for the high square footage of our kitchen (package obviously allotted for a maximum square footage for all jobs performed - as well as allowances for floor tile/countertop/backsplash tile) so the overages were expected and reasonable. | |Victor was extremely attentive and to our requests and returning calls/emails. Great guy! His workers were - likewise - very professional, attentive, and just all around nice guys! | |Once we got all materials picked out and ordered all work was finished within approximately 10 days! | |Please know that I am generally not very trusting when comes to any kind of service I require (especially home maintenance/remodeling/car maintenance/etc.,etc.!) from all the times we've clearly been taking advantage of (which I'm sure most can relate to). So it is truly faith-restoring to have encounters with honest service providers that don't absolutely price gouge into the ground! | |Extremely happy with the work they did and I clearly have no reservations in recommending Metro Floors to anyone!

+ 1 morereplaced subfloor, lots of detail getting floor stable, went extra mile on getting just right. then we used upgrade of membrane under tile Schluter Ditra membrane, very highly rated for tile jobs. placed tile in 1st day, grouted second day. cleaned up his work area when done, courteous, prompt, excellent tile placement pattern and finish. will use for other projects. cannot give high enough rating price and quality

+ 1 moreThe work was completed perfectly - on time and it looked great. Victor really added value by helping us choose products that optimized the total cost of the project. We originally chose very inexpensive products from a local retailer for Victor to install. Victor showed us products that were much higher quality but had a lower installation cost and roughly the same total cost (material plus installation). Bottom line is that he puts the interest of the client first and seeks to provide the best value. Finally, Victor has great interpersonal skills making him enjoyable to work with.

During initial construction, I was pressured to change the bathroom backsplash tile at the last minute and also to place very boring subway tiles in the shower on the main floor. I was so disappointed with the finished product, despite having very little money to redo the bathroom - I asked Victor to come and give me ideas about efficiently changing the look of the finished bathroom. He was prompt, professional and polite. He pointed out a number of concerns with the original work and fixed everything which had been done wrong originally. The bathroom mirror was inadvertently broken during the project, but Victor took it upon himself to have it replaced. He was very careful to stick to his original estimate and was very clean and timely. The finished product is beautiful. I would and have hired Metrofloors to do additional work on my home. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

Metro floors did our entire bathrooms, floors throughout the house. Very impressed.
