I have been looking around for a reliable cleaning service that does a good job in cleaning the house, especially the bathroom and kitchen. I was very impressed with Magic Touch---they arrived on time, did a very thorough job cleaning with no interruptions. I have tried other cleaning services but I am most pleased with Magic Touch. Two people came with their supplies and vacuum and efficiently cleaned our house, washing our hardwood floors, dusting, without missing any areas. I highly recommend this cleaning service---I hope to use them on a regular basis!

Making an appointment was very easy, and their availability was very flexible. On the day of the appointment, the person was on time and very helpful to work out what all was going to be cleaned during the visit. The quality of service was awesome. This was their first visit to our house, and my first use of a cleaning service. In less than 10 minutes we worked out what we wanted cleaned and what could be done within the 3 hour visit. She could clean more things in a shorter amount of time than I could ever do personally -- truly an expert. Within 3 hours, two full baths and 1/2 bath were cleaned top to bottom; showers, sinks, bowls, and floors. We have a wood floor entry way that continues on into the kitchen. This was vacuumed and cleaned. She was able to finish slightly earlier and was able to clean the kitchen counter and sink as a result! On top of that her politeness was simply natural.

Margarito is very friendly and punctual, does a thorough job, and is very receptive to direction and requests.
