 + -1 moreWent great. Called on Monday, had an appointment for Tuesday. I got a call on Tuesday asking if arriving 30 min early would be OK, it was. Got to work right away. Efficient, professional, and did a great job.

Description of Work: I hired Carl and Jennifer for general housecleaning and carpet cleaning services on a recently purchased property. Carl was very responsive to emails, and he was flexible when I needed to change the date of the service. They were on time and walked me through everything they were about to do. The work itself was exactly what I had expected and wanted. I would happily hire them again.

 + -1 moreLakes Area Carpet Care arrived promptly and carried out the cleaning in a speedy manner. They were very polite and professional. They had to tackle some serious stains my 3 kids had left on the carpets of our rented property. All the carpets looked like new without a trace of a stain. We didn't want to pay to have the whole basement cleaned, so they 'blended' the cleaning in with the rest of the carpet, so we wouldn't end up with a visible line of where the carpet had been cleaned. It worked a treat! We felt we received a very genuine and professional service. Pricing was fair and quality was excellent!
