Job went very well and we were satisfied.

The guy came and the looked at my skylights - inside and out, asked some questions, then told me what was going on. In the winter, ice dams form on the skylights and create leaks. He told me to use a roof rake in the winter, and that that should be the end of the problems. There was no hail damage. He was here for maybe 30 minutes. He was very professional (certainly not condescending as was another provider). And he did not charge me anything! I had had other providers look at the skylights some said I needed new ones - $7000-8000, some said they didn't know what was wrong, and this guy told me what was wrong, how to fix it, and didn't charge me a thing!

They gave a bid and are working with the insurance company.

They were very prompt with the bid and very responsive to any questions I had. The roof came out well. They also had the cheapest bid of around (10) companies that gave proposals.

They accommodated a last minute request to modify the roof to a standard square shape.

The estimator, Scott, did a thorough inspection and measurement of my home and garage. He explained all the materials and the roofing process. Therese, at their office, was helpful in finding homes with my selected shingle color so I could see it on a full roof. The crew came bright and early - all very courteous and skilled. They finished my home in one day, doing an excellent job. I would use Kaufman Roofing again. Actually, this is the second home Kaufman has done for me. I'm very pleased!

My roof is flat with a rubber membrane. I was worried that it might get damaged when removing the ice. They did call right before they came out, which was nice. They were really respectful of their employees and didn't allow them to work when it was too cold. When I called the owner to see how it was done, and how it went, I never received a confirmed answered. I wanted to make sure there wasn't any damage done. I'm assuming that it was done and done properly.

We have a 1920s house with a tile roof & built in gutters. The house has been in the family for over 40 years. A tile roof can last forever if properly maintained. |Kaufman roofing is the only roofing company our family has used for that roof. |We had Scott out for some maintenance on the roof. He did an excellent job. |He even provided us with some photos of the before and after, and current status of different elements of the roof. Great idea.
