Went fantastic! I had used KW originally to rent out my property back in 2015 and because of the great service back then, we wanted to use the KW team again this time around. We were assigned Jason Oliver and he has been a pleasure to work with. Always on time and friendly and willing to answer any questions we may have.

Great! Huerkamp home group was super at communicating with us, explaining the process and explaining forms to us. As a part of his service to sell our house we had a stager come and help us know how to arrange our house so it will sell best and a professional photographer came and took 360 degree photos. Our house sold for over asking price in just over 48 hours. There were even a few wrinkles to iron out after the sale and purchase of our house which they have been responsive to helping us with as well.

Jason and his group did an exceptional job both in the purchase and sale of my houses. He had great references for inspections, title work, contractors, mortgage, etc. They are up to date on all the technology required to sell a house (3D camera walk-through, etc.). He was very helpful and thorough in assessing each area of our house as well as recommendations for exterior paint and landscaping. He provided market analyses of comparable homes and recent sales. He has continued to provided contacts for the type of work we have done. He includes us on his monthly updates on vartious home improvements.

Jason arrived with a market analysis prepared and walked through our home giving good suggestions on what might be done to update the house. He provided me with a wealth of information and I was impressed with his knowledge, drive and commitment to his work.

Jason just saved me $15,000! He walked through my town-home with me, room by room, and told me things I can do to make my home stand out on the real estate market. And just as important, he put a financial limit on changes I thought I needed to make. For example, "Spend money here, but no more than $1000," on a room I thought I needed to spend $3000 in updates. In addition, he walked me through the comparative market analysis he brought with him (in a BOOK and not loose papers!). All in all, I was and am completely blown away by the value he provided and his complete professionalism. He has earned my business and I highly recommend him.
