The service went quite poorly, because they never showed up! My appointment was for a Friday at noon. On December 5th, I called and left a voice mail requesting confirmation of the appointment, and received an email shortly thereafter, confirming the date and time. Noon came and went with no cleaners at my door or communication from the company. Around 12:30, I called them and left a message asking where they were and when I could expect them. Around 1:30, I called and left another voice mail asking again where they were, and asking if they could call me back to let me know if they were coming at all. I also emailed them inquiring as to their whereabouts, in case their voice mail was full or some such silliness. They never showed up (which sucks, as I used 4 hours of vacation time for nothing), and never communicated what happened (which is just terrible customer service, if you ask me). I emailed them requesting a refund and still have not heard a peep from them.
