HAND-E-MAN NOW

Highly unsatisfactory. Very little follow up as promised, very little regular communication, no guarantee of time lines or performance.

Kelley from Hand-e-man services left a flyer on our house advertising his services. My husband contacted Kelley and he quicky came out to do estimates. He did not see any issues with being able to complete the jobs. He said that he would schedule his team for the next week and would be in contact to confirm the date. The next week went by, and we did not receive a call. My husband then contacted Kelley to check on the status and was told by Kelley that he had problems scheduling a plumber, but would be able to complete the project the next week. The next week went by and still no call back from Hand-E-Man Now. Given we are on a tight deadline to selling our house we finally called a different handyman service. That company came out, completed the painting, stucco repair, trim painting and siding repair within the next week and a half. A week later we received a call from Kelley from Hand-E-Man ready to schedule our repairs. Needless to say the projects were already completed and we declined his services. I wouldn't reccomend this company, becasue they did not keep us informed about when they were going to have delays, even though we made it clear we were on a very tight timeframe and provided prioritization on which projects needed to be completed first.
