Description of Work: They are running an ad for $29.95 for any plumbing repair (up to a value of $150.00). I found this hard to believe and below is what I gathered from my phone conversation with them today. The trip charge for the tech to come out is $99.00. If you have the service done they will waive the trip charge and the fee will be $29.95 for the first $150.00 in fees but they do not quote any prices over the phone - not even a typical range. Well if they can't even quote a standard range to replace the wax seal on a toilet - a very commom, very standard plumbing repair they can basically charge whatever they want, right? So the consumer has no idea what they are going to end up paying. This is bogus. So if you have them come out and find out they are going to gouge you - well it is too late, you are stuck with the $99.00 fee. This should be clearly stated on the coupon. Even if this were on the coupon, the consumer is totally at their mercy. I have received other quotes for this service via email, they should be able and willing to give a price range before they come out.

Description of Work: The Genz team replaced a gas fired water heater after a lightening strike. Excellent service. They were quick and efficient and even checked out the furnace and central air to ensure no damage was done.
