Buck and his team were great! I felt like I was working with people who genuinely cared about me as a customer. I never felt pressured to “sign on the dotted line”. They worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Even when I had a change order mid project- wanting to add soffit and facia, it was no big deal and they got it done! Their prices were fair and honest, they never tried to over charge me for things that didn’t need to be done. I work in property management and work with vendors every day and I have to say these guys are way ahead of the competition. I would highly recommend them!

Eagle siding did a great job on our roof and siding we hired them to build our deck. The deck is beautiful and is the envy of friends, family and neighbors! Don’t just think of Eagle for roof and siding work, they do a fine deck as well!!!

We had previously used Eagle Siding, Inc. in 2014, and were extremely satisfied with their work. We didn't hesitate to contact them again for the repairs to our home in 2017. Eagle Siding's owner, Buck Christiansen, was there with our insurance adjuster, and was very helpful to us making sure that all the necessary repairs were going to be covered by our insurance provider. Within a week of receiving the funds from our insurance provided, Eagle Siding was there making the repairs, and completing their work. Their work was ourstanding!

I hired Eagle siding in 2016 to install new siding on my home. About one year later we had a small water infiltration issue due to some abnormalities where the siding was flashed to the deck. The issue arose at the worst time possible, right before our house was to go on the market. I contacted Eagle Siding in the evening and they responded that night and had someone on sight proposing solutions the next business day. The issue was corrected within a week--no charge--during their busiest month of the year (following several storms). Many siding companies use similar products and every service company will run into quality issues from time to time. What separates great companies from the rest is a company's customer service: responsiveness and willingness to stand by their service and products. Eagle Siding is one of the best I've encountered in this regard. I would recommend them to anyone.

The new siding looks fantastic! Working with Eagle Siding was easy and they always kept us updated on the project and informed of the progress. Both Brandon and Rick were very knowledgeable and super responsive to all the questions we had. I would definitely work with Eagle Siding again and also recommend them to family and friends.

Brandon and Rick were very good to work with. They addressed any issues that came up and got back to us with our questions very quickly . The installation crew did a nice job, lots of compliments from neighbors and friends on the finished project.

Everything went great! Had met with a few other company's, however, Buck (the owner) seemed like the guy to go with. He was always available to answer my many questions. Then there's Rick (the Project Manager, Go-to-Guy, Right-hand man)--this guy always amazed me. If I had something that still needed to be done, I just contacted him and he was here in no time. Buck said that people usually liked Rick better; well i have to say they are both equally great guys. The crews they had were always professional and courteous. They always left the the area picked up and clean (maybe even better than when they started). Eagle Siding is a top notch company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done and likes the kind of work ethic, skill, efficiency and camaraderie, that this group has to offer.

When you contract with a company you have certain expectations and it should be a relative simple process once the work begins. Everything Eagle Siding replaced went very well and all of my expectations were met. As you would expect there are some things that need attention that aren’t seen until exposed. Each time something was found someone from the crew would talk to me about it and we would come up with a solution to remedy the problems as they arose. This is what you would and should expect to get the work done properly and it further instilled confidence for me in Eagle Siding. Buck was awesome! He did the leg work dealing with my insurance company and was very professional. My mortgage company really gave us the runaround about getting him paid and Buck was very patient. The job was done very timely and our house looks great! We would definitely hire again!

Very helpful in working w my insurance adjuster, honest and real, and work with integrity. Roof looks great, work crews very respectful, thorough cleanup. Owner Buck very easy to work with, and Manager Rick is also helpful and responsive.

Work was done on time as promised and accommodated our schedule. The people doing the work were polite and kept the work site clean and orderly. The owner worked with us to explore various options for colors of siding and windows. They were careful with shrubs and plants and did minimal damage.

The entire project went very well. Buck helped pick out colors and make decisions on trim and offer suggestions on new door as well as recommendations to address other issues while the siding was being installed. My house looks brand new! Rick was the onsite manager and was very responsive to every text, phone call and e-mail and addressed them all very quickly, even the smallest question. The entire crew was very professional and I would definitely recommend them!

Eagle Siding did an amazing job. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work. Also, my husband works an overnight shift and the workers were very sensitive about working around his crazy sleep schedule. Three of the homes on our block have used Eagle Siding and everyone has been very happy and would recommend Eagle for a great experience.

Eagle Siding was recommended by a neighbor who had used them for hail damage 4 years ago. They were NOT among the many storm-chasers who appeared at our door. I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Eagle to handle our insurance claim and repairs. Once I called, Buck (the owner) was at the house to do an initial inspection within a couple of days. I appreciated the prompt response, and I was impressed with his explanation of what the process could look like. I liked that he was a local family man, involved with the community. It was obvious that he understands that making sure he has satisfied customers is the most effective way to gain repeat business and earn referrals. No chasing necessary. Buck offered to meet my insurance adjuster at my home, but due to a scheduling issue, he called and asked if he could send Brandon. Much appreciated that he didn't just "hand me off". My reply after deciding to hire Eagle: You're the owner. If you trust Brandon, then so do I. Buck also explained that they use sub-contractors for their roofing work, but that he had been using the same crews for many years. I really appreciated that he was up front about that right away, since some homeowners would prefer hiring a company where their own employees do the actual repair work. The next bunch of interactions with Eagle were with Brandon. He was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Starting with meeting with the adjuster on my behalf when I couldn't be there, he very professionally walked with me through the inspection and insurance adjusting process, as well as getting a contract in place with Eagle. He kept me informed, and he responded quickly any time I texted or called him with a question or concern. He also kept me informed concerning the expected date of my repairs, which is a moving target in the roofing and siding business. Brandon was also very flexible and easy to work with when it came to deciding which repairs I wanted Eagle to handle, versus the ones I decided to handle on my own (primarily because I already had some vendors for certain work that I have done business with before). When the time drew near for the repairs to be done, Brandon handed me over to Rick, who handles scheduling, supplies, and general job oversight. Rick communicated clearly about what to expect and when. And on site the day of the roof replacement, Rick was awesome. He listened to and responded to every question and concern I had. He had just the right mix of energy to make sure the job was going to go as scheduled, and laid back demeanor that enabled him to keep me calm any time I had a concern. I've never experienced a roof repair before, and a lot of things are happening all at once, with people crawling all over your house. It could have been a little overwhelming, but Rick's easy manner and obvious experience kept me very relaxed about the whole process. He was also very responsive with email communication. One of the things I liked most about Rick was how well he worked with Marlon, the guy in charge of the sub-contacted crew of workers. There was obvious respect between the two, and they were completely in sync concerning what needed to get done and how. Watching them work together gave me great peace of mind. And now for a shout out to Marlon and his crew. They have been subbing for Eagle for many years, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked. I thought there were about 10 guys, but later learned there were only 6. They worked so quickly, that it seemed like there were guys everywhere. No downtime... just quick, efficient work. Again, lots of respect between Marlon and his crew. When he gave direction, they responded quickly. I also appreciated Marlon providing some very useful advice and solutions concerning a gutter issue we were having, as well as another issue with our fireplace exhaust. Following his expert advice resolved both issues. Finally, the crew was very careful to clean everything up when the job was complete. Next, I was handed off to Travis. The service he provided was such an important part of the process. In addition to handling a few smaller repairs, he was the guy who showed up after the fact you make sure any lose ends were tied up. What a critical step... and a sign that Eagle really did want to make sure the customer ends up completely satisfied. A few small things that didn't get handled on roof day, I brought to his attention. He immediately communicated those back to the office, and Marlon was back on site the next day as promised, and he took care of those items. As an aside, one of the things I really liked about Eagle is that all of these people I worked with (which was actually all or most of the employees) have been with the company for 19 or 20 years. That says something about Buck and the kind of company he runs. Not one time did I ever feel like I was being "handled". Everyone was respectful and professional, and to a person, made me feel like my satisfaction was their only goal. So refreshing! One other thing worth mentioning. Brandon initially explained that they would want a down payment before the work was started, and we agreed on an amount. However, we never got around to it for some reason. The day after the roof was replaced, when Brandon called to check in, he said if it was OK, he'd like to take care of the down payment. Now even though we still had a few small repairs left to get done, I expected him to request full payment at that point, and I would have gladly paid it. But no... Brandon only requested the down payment amount we agreed on. Then I remembered that Buck had told me in the beginning that full payment would only be expected after all work was complete and when I as the customer was satisfied. This company has integrity...they mean what they say. They are waiting until I am completely satisfied with a completed job before requesting full payment. This is a long review because I wanted people to understand clearly why I rated Eagle Siding so highly. Going through the insurance adjusting and repair process can be stressful, but Buck and the entire team at Eagle Siding (including Marlon and his sub-contacted crew) each played an important role in making the process easy for me. I would recommend Eagle Siding without reservation to anyone looking for an honest and professional roofing and siding company.

We had the siding replaced by Eagle back in 2008. The original siding on the house was a masonite-based product that was the subject of a lawsuit - previous owners, if they knew about it, just pocketed the settlement and left the siding (and the bill) to us. Regardless, the job was done quickly and well, and I remember being impressed how quickly they cleaned up at the end of the job. The reason we're writing this review is what happened next. We noticed over time that our front door lights were slowly pulling away from the mounting underneath the vinyl, bulging the siding and making it look increasingly like the light would fall off. It was one of those things that you look at and say "We should do something about that" and then forget about it for 6 more months. A few weeks ago, my wife called Eagle Siding to ask them to take a look. They not only took a look quickly, but just went ahead and fixed it with no hassle and no charge. That's NINE YEARS after the original job. That's amazing service! Big thanks to Eagle Siding for doing a job well and standing behind it for years!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Eagle Siding. They were great to work with from beginning to end. They were quick to answer any questions we had and were upfront and honest about every aspect of the project. Communication was great and they were easy to trust. Our roof and gutters were finished quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any project and would absolutely use them in the future!
