Description of Work: This was a routine main line cleaning. We have used D C Annis since we moved into this house 27 years ago. We used to have an issue with roots and used D C Annis for this service every year for many years. They are always prompt and get the job done cleanly. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Great experience dispatcher was nice and friendly said they would send someone within 2 hrs and sure enough she called back again and said someone was on their way. Adam came did the cleaning he was very professional and clear. Got the job done quickly and right he even made sure everything was back to the way it was, cleaned after finishing the job. Description of Work: We have Center Point Energy Home Service Plus for main line drain emergency service. We called Center Point Energy. An appointment was set up for Saturday, am, after 8am. At approx 10am, Aeron, a D C Annis Sewer and Drain employee, arrived and assessed the sewer problem. The toilet bubbling, and sewer backing up on the floor it was obvious to Aeron the main line had tree root problems. Aeron ran an electric snake through the Main Line for 100 feet and cleared the line. He then cleaned all three floor drains with a smaller elec snake. Watching Aeron work, it became obvious he knew exactly what to do thus clearing the line without difficulty. In addition, Aeron was able to pass a lager blade through the main line that three previous plumbers could not get into the Main sewer line; although each plumber had a camera to view the line. Whereas, Aeron got the job done without a camera. He may have x-ray vision or just a lot of experience,whatever, he got the job done. The cost? The monthly charge Center Point Energy charges for home service plus, approx SIX dollars. There was no fee to come out and no cost for extra time. The main is draining and we are happy with the work. Recommend DC Annis via Center Point Energy Home Service Plus. Again, we paid a monthly charge of SIX dollars. The cost without CPE Home Service Plus: $219.95 for the Main, and $69 for each floor drain, and charges for coming out during a weekend.
